Very bad experience

Very bad experience. Left my car for a week-end and when a went to pick my car back, the door on the left side was broken. Conveniently video vigilance had problems in the moment when it happens. In the end, the manager just laughed at us and send us to resolve the things by ourselves.

Quite satisfied with Bigpark

Left the car there for 6 days (30 Dec - 4 Jan 2018) as P26 and P51 lots were all taken, paid 84CHF in total (more or less in line with competitors). Swift reservation and payment through their website. Parking lot is easy to find, close to the airport (3 minutes drive). Guys I met were professional and friendly. I had to wait like 5 minutes for them to pick me up upon arrival (phone call required tho). My return flight was 8 hours late but they did not charge any extra.

Horrendous

Horrendous. Staff are useless and disappear at a moments notice. There is no desk or location where you can speak to someone when there's a problem. They drive your cars like maniacs and the so called secure car-park on the website is the forecourt of a car-wash in a back street of the airport. AVOID!!!!

We booked big-park for an early morning flight from Geneva. On arrival I could not find their representative so called the number. After some confusion on the phone I finally spotted a single person with a clipboard also on the phone and this is how we met. There was no signage etc.
I left the vehicle with them and went to catch our flight which unfortunately was delayed and then cancelled.
As a result some hours later I returned to the car park and found the big park representative. I explained the situation and requested that we get our car back. He said this would take 15 minutes which I thought was reasonable as I was coming at a time which was unexpected and he was busy with others.
There the. Followed an hour and a half of the bigpark staff disappearing from view, reappearing and ensuring me the car was on the way only to disappear again. I called the office numerous times and was repeatedly taken of it was coming it was coming. It never came. There were also around a dozen other people milling around having the same problem and being unable to find the staff.
After fully one hour and 45 minutes I finally convinced one of the staff to just take me to the car. I was given a lift in another customers car which they drove like they'd stolen it and then dropped off at a back street car-wash about a mile from the airport where my car was on the forecourt with around thirty others. I "rescued" my car and left.
I have since sent an e-mail enquiringly if I will be refunded the outstanding days of parking which were not used and received no reply.
When it came to our rearranged flights I put the car in the official car park and was happy enough to pay a few francs more knowing that it was safe and secure and not being driven by the bigpark staff again.

1) Pick-up and return on time
2) Representative not really "visible".
Had to call during drop-off and ask other services during pick-up
3) Car received cosmetic damage to the paint while it was under their care
Still awaiting their input on how to process a claim for the damage.
