Convenient and straightforward
So far so good. We were advised re size required. Simple process. Convenient access. Also great that you only pay for the length of time it is used, so initially you pay for a month, but if you don't need the whole month, unused days are refunded.

Great service with a smile
Needed some temporary storage the last few months and after checking around locally decided on The big Padlock long lane Liverpool, not only were their rates good but the staff that looked after me, Adam and Jackie, were really friendly and helped me choose the right size for my needs and talked me through the whole process , I can really recommend them based on my overall experience well done!

Really positive experience with the Halifax. big padlock - the staff were really helpful and friendly - we had to extend for longer than initially expected and it was no problem. Had no issues with the numerous trips back and forth - no waiting or queuing. After 6 months, all our stuff was in the same condition as we dropped it. Thoroughly recommend

Fantastic set up. Helpful, professional and friendly staff, nothing is to much. Pitches are a generous size with good security measures in place. Good access arrangements and plenty of space to manoeuvre your van into place.
