The building may have 2 levels, but Gavin and Rachel’s service is on another one entirely 😃. Super friendly, professional, and always ready to help 👍. Clean, tidy units 📦 and hassle-free access 🚚. Can’t recommend them enough 🙌.

Moving in itself is stressful, add to that not knowing where you are moving and there is your recipe for pure chaos but despite all my variables, if's and maybe's, Gavin was super helpful and accommodating and I was relaxed knowing at least my emergency storage option is sorted. 5 star customer service 👏

I rent a office and storage at wrexham gavin and rachel who work there are polite helpful and very friendly nothing is ever too much trouble for them they keep me updated on any post or parcel that I may have delivered to the office.

They make it a good place to be I will now be a long term Tennant due to the welcome they have given me

The girl is amazing she runs the store with complete efficiency and professionalism. The other guy was not helpful at all just sat on his phone the whole time I was there. Would only 4 stars due to this.

From the very start of our emergency storage requirements (turned out of temporary accommodation by a “friend”) Rachel did her very best to ensure that we could stow our house contents safely and accessibly. Rachel was even able to suggest contacts who might be able to help with the carriage.

At every visit Rachel knew who we were and what might be required, particularly when sanity neared and we were able to downsize to a smaller unit.

Now that IS service; friendly, professional and backed by experience.

I am only giving 5 stars due to the lovely lady Rachel, who saved us a lot of bother by undoing the awful work done by the manager. On more than one occasion the manager has given us inaccurate information about the terms and conditions of the company and has had to compensate us for his screw ups. On more than one occasion he has messed up our account so that we have been over charged and undercharged on multiple occasions. All of this has had to be resolved by Rachel, who has had the courtesy to let us know every time mistakes have been made and has corrected our account every time. The manager doesn’t know his bottom from his elbow when it comes to running this business, where as Rachel is totally adept and fully knowledgeable about the business. Which leads me to ask how is he manager and Rachel isn’t. I will no longer allow the manger to deal with our account. Rachel is the only person we are allowing to deal with us in future.

Super customer service, clean, tidy site, including toilets. Open 24hrs a day so that's really helpful. Staff are always helpful and make sure you get the best deals available. The only thing I would of liked to see would be a free coffee vending machine.
