I recently purchased a Nikon camera body and lens from BigNorman, having used their online chat facility to check various details. The price was good, delivery was quick and money was not debited until delivery, The supplier sent an extra lens in error but when I returned it they sent an extra $70 battery gratis by way of thanks. Not having purchased anything of this magnitude online before I had been nervous but apart from having to post something back the experience was entirely satisfactory.

Website was easy to navigate with good descriptions of their products.
Their 3 year guarantee on cameras is great

Ordered a Canon Speedlite 430EX on Wed night, arrived Monday, from Hong Kong... No GST claimable...

My dealing with BigNorman were better than I first expected.

I'm generally very happy with the purchase and the product is great. There was possibly not enough communication about when the product would arrive, however things sped up after I sent an email asking why it was taking so long. In these times of instant everything, customers appreciate plenty of communication.

The delivery was standard but I was interested to note that both Mastercard and a staff member phoned to check on the validity and correctness of the transaction.

The camera is beautiful and it arrived 6 days after I ordered it. The only issue I did have was that my bank blocked the purchase as they thought it was suspicious because it was an overseas transactions. Definitely would buy again from big Norman. Thank you

I bought a nikon entry level slr camera. I was a bit skeptical at first because i had never heard of this company. So glad i ordered through big norman. I saved over $200. Great customer service over the phone and via email and the fastest trackable delivery service i have had for online orders. I highly recommend buying from them. Absolutely faultless service and the lowest prices found.

I hadn't heard of this website & was a bit unsure about dealing with them but the items arrived safely, quickly & for the quoted price.

I would happily deal with this company again.

The item was in perfect condition so I did not have to use customer services so can't really comment on it.

I did however speak online with one of their operatives before making the purchase. I found him courteous and knowledgeable, and he certainly helped me in my purchasing decision.

When shopping on the internet it's always nice to find exactly what you're looking for at a price you can afford. Bignorman definitely had the goods there, but what really impressed me was their quality of service - I ordered the goods after new year and they arrived in perfect condition, exactly as ordered, and within a few days of having bought them. Given this quality of service and attention to detail I would be very happy to use them again.

Would recommend anyone to purchase, very impressed.

Needed an item on next day delivery, looked at alot of companies but many only offered 2-5 day delivery. Bignorman for a fee would send next day. First order was declined by my bank however once that was sorted out my second order went straight through and as per the delivery times stated, arrived next day. Cant fault them, unlike my bank!!
