On Nov 10, 2025, I ordered seven T-shirts from this store. they should have been delivered by the 15th but weren't. So, I checked the USPS tracking # and it is sitting in Des Moines IA. It is still sitting there as of me writing this complaint.
I opened a search with the postmaster to no avail then got in touch with Bigmen shop to let them know that they had to put in a refund claim with their postmaster on the 19 of Nov and would like them to resend new T-shirts to me.
Bigmen informed me they had an inside man to help them track down packages better than normal situations and would get back with me if nothing turned up. so, I waited 3 days and nothing. then I asked them again for new shirts and they gave me an excuse of running out of my size, so I asked for a smaller size to accommodate sending me sooner. they said OK and would by weeks end. Well, Friday Dec 5, 2025, I tried to call 5 times with no answer and no T-shirts, so now I have no choice but to call my credit card company and dispute the charges because I feel they are just wanting to steal my money

I ordered from this company because it had a blazer in the size I was looking for - a size I could not find anywhere else on line. The blazer arrived and is of good quality and I like it. It is, however, a bit big and I wanted to exchange it for the next size down. I should have been suspicious since the website does not note a return policy or instructions on how to return. I called both listed numbers and sent an email - it has been over a week with no response. I just decided to have the blazer tailored Will not order again and stick with easy return online stores.

I was charged for a shirt and given an invoice but never provided a tracking number. I have emailed several times as this is their preferred method of communication but never received a response. I called the sales line and talked to someone that was nice enough but they told me that they would call me back and now they do not answer the phone.

Easysizer slacks claim to stretch at the waist. They do not. They charged me to hem my pants at a specific length, they hemmed them several inches too long. Ordered straight pants, got pleats. Returns are expected to be on your own dime as well, making you choose between paying to send back an awful product or keeping it and trying to make the best of a bad situation. I chose the latter, but I will never shop with these frauds again. This is the third time you've burned me Bigmen.com, and it will be the last. Hopefully, if you're reading this, you stay well away from this dumpster fire of a company. Do not buy their products. Ever.

Edit: I forgot to mention the awful hem stitching, which came loose the moment I stepped on the pant leg due to it being far longer than requested. It's like they use garbage thread on their garbage pants to make a garbage hem. This business is garbage.

Please do yourself a favor and trust the bad reviews on yelp and elsewhere. Your money will be gone

Be wise and trust the bad reviews on Yelp, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and elsewhere! Only after 5 months and a referral to the BBB did this company complete a return order (even though I later requested a refund). The two suits I ordered were of poor quality, but I've decided to cut my losses just so I never have to deal with this company ever again.

I made a purchase for the holiday but had to send it back for a different size. Three weeks after UPS told me they delivered my package to Bigmens.com I still didn't have a replacement. . According to their website the size & color I wanted was in stock. They never sent me an email explaining why there was such a delay & nobody even called me. Being this was the first time I ordered from this site I got nervous that something was wrong or maybe they closed. Over a weeks time I called 70 times a day (during their open hours) & either got a constant fast busy (like the phone was off the hook) or it rang endlessly with no answer. I sent emails asking what happened to my order & why there was such a delay &- got no replies! Out of desperation I contacted Better Business to find out if they went out of business. Within a week I received a very nasty email saying they didn t need my threats (?) or my order and refunded my money! Really? I waited 6 weeks to get a nasty reply? All I was doing was making sure they were still in business since I couldn't get in touch with them! I think this site is run with a single employee & can't handle the business. I was insulted by their email & will never use them again! I was paying $90 for a plain zip hoodie but because it was the holiday everyone was sold out of the big sizes so I was willing to pay a higher price. Believe me when I tell you it was nothing special for the money. I don't recommend Bigmens.com to anyone. So rude & nasty!

i am a real big guy, about a xxxxl. don't wear a lot of suits but I've got a big gut and my local big and tall shops can't fit me too well for a new job interview. found these guys online and man am i glad i called., joanne walked me through and told me i needed a portly size haha and helped me pick out a shirt. suit fit me like a glove and all i needed was just to hem the pants. gonna use them in the future - great place for those of us with a few extra pound!
