I have been using Bigmailer since 2019, the platform is very intuitive and easy to setup to send newsletters and emails to the customers. I was positively impressed with the delivery rates and tracking. A huge plus is the possibility to send the mails via Amazon servers and use the API integrations to manage the lists of clients.

BigMailer is a hidden gem for email marketing. There is much choice for marketing companies but none deliver the quality of service for the low price of BigMailer. I am a novice at email marketing and every question has been answered quickly and clearly. I highly recommend BigMailer.

Lilia and Chris went above and beyond to assist me and our team. Beyond just sending some resources and telling us to go figure it out, they were patient, thoughtful, attentive and caring with how they helped me navigate this (sometimes confusing) new world.

Highly recommend if you are in need of connecting your Amazon SES account. Been using them for a while now, and never had any issues whatsoever. Support is always very prompt as well.

Also great if you have multiple brands and want to connect them into one account.
