The CRM is simple and offers more features for a great price! The mobile applications is even more beneficial for Sales teams, who are on the go.

**What do you like best?**
The value for money is unmatched. You get pipeline management, contact tracking, email integration, and workflow automation without the bloated price tag of something like Salesforce or HubSpot. The interface is clean and easy to adopt — no lengthy onboarding needed.

**What do you dislike?**
Some of the more advanced features you'd find in enterprise CRMs aren't there, but honestly that's the tradeoff for the price. For what we need, it more than delivers.

We needed a proper CRM without the overhead costs that come with most platforms. Bigin lets us stay organized, manage our pipeline, and keep the team aligned — all without breaking the budget. For cost-conscious small businesses, it's hard to beat.

Good CRM for pipeline management, invoice management.

bigin crm is good. It has easy to handle leads and pipeline of sales stages. User experience is very easy and the best for new person to start using CRM.

Bigin offers all the basics of CRM, while we used only pipeline management. Its simple and effective. We've migrated from another CRM and the migration was not big problem as well

I am a solopreneur who need basic CRM functions and Bigin deliver more than what I need for a more than adequate subscription fee. Moreover, I've tested some CRMs and this is by far the must user friendly, you literally will have it up and running in less than an hour.

Best CRM mini version in the market. It's easy to set up, robust, and easy to scale. The available customization options are great, allowing us to tailor it to our business workflow.

So far so good...I have tried A LOT of low cost/free starter CRMs with the view to going up the tiers as I grow/scale a business and this has definitely been the best so far for ease to use and UX, definitely recommend giving it a try!
