This is scammers.
This is scammers.
And they are very good at it.
They use fake trackingsides that track until it gets to your contry.
They always answer but always with excuses and telling you to wait...
They have many name ( also puzzleparks, because they wright emails from the same mail)..
I got my money back from paypal.
I have tried writhing on there ads ( on Facebook) to warn others but my comments gets deleted...
Do not buy from them.....
