I ordered several items and returned 3 items. 2 were refunded and 1 was not. No one reached out in the 1 item. When I reached out they said the item was worn and couldn't be refunded. None of the items were worn. They have horrible customer service and lie about products they receive back. I will never order from them again.

All returned items are inspected on arrival at our warehouse in line with our returns policy. In this instance, the item in question was received back in a condition that meant it could not be accepted for a refund. For hygiene reasons, certain products such as underwear must be returned in their original, unworn condition and packaging in order to be eligible for a refund.
We appreciate that this may be disappointing and regret any frustration caused.

Cheap product poor quality
we have used Big Dude for a while now, & have been very pleased with the quality price & delivery, until now. The camo joggers were very poor quality but just about ok for the summer. The elasticated cuffs applied to the leg are next to useless, they have very little or know elasticity in the cuffs so they hang very loose.Very disappointed

Terrible Customer Service Experience
Terrible experience. They shipped the wrong size. Contacted customer service and required me to send pictures of the item and the labels; once confirmed requested me to return the item and they would exchange. I immediately returned the item and the refunded the cost of the item instead of exchanging it. Customer service then said to purchase the item again and they would refund postage. I purchase the item, send them the order number, they tell me they will refund postage, a few hours later, the item is out of stock and the entire order was cancelled.

These are superb value and really great quality. Sizing is quite big and l could of got away with one size smaller. I ordered XXL as l am a 42/44 waist. XL would of been perfect size for me. The pockets are really deep, probably too deep! They are only for bumming around the house, so l am really happy with my purchase. Great fast service too! 10/10!

Their shirt sizing is 2x more longer…
Their shirt sizing is 2x more longer than the true american size. For their 2xlt 3xlt and 4xlt are all just a half inch apart in length. Of 39-40 inches. And america true size is up to 36inches in length. But yet they label usa 3xlt as 39.5 inches and thats way over the size of usa length. Thier 3xlt size makes it loolk like a dress on you compared to usa true size is perfect. They need to take the usa out of their website name.
