Nothing good about this company
Is there anything nice to say about this company? No! Horrible service. The website is a mess and often times has the wrong picture for the product. Shipping times are abysmal. As for deals...there aren't anymore deals on there than there is on Amazon and other websites.
Terrible
Terrible. Ordered a range bucket of 38 ammo ten days ago and order still shows "processing." Cancelled order. Will go back to Midway USA from now no. I would've already received my order in half the time with them
Horrible shipping
I have been a BDU member for years and ordered thousands of dollars of gear from them. They used to be a good source for hard to find stuff. The last two orders I have placed with them have experienced very long ship times and one order never even got fulfilled. I placed an order on 10-14-22 for 6 items, As of now 12-13-22 there has been no movement and I have not received any of my items. When you talk to them on the phone they tell you of a delayed warehouse and they have been saying for over a month that the delayed warehouse was less than two days from working on 10/14. Today I finally got sick of waiting for these items I needed to build a rifle for Christmas and requested a refund. If I have not received my refund within a week I will notify my credit card company and let them fight it out with BDU as well as notify the BBB. It is a shame that they let a good company just go to pot. I will be canceling my membership.

Ordered $700 worth of items from them in Mid October. Money came out of my bank account immediately
but It's the middle of December now And nothing has shipped yet. I have called 3 times and spoke w/ Lexi and was told the same thing "their warehouse is behind on orders" Any savings I might have gotten with them has been erased by their stupid membership fee. As soon as I post this I am calling and canceling the order and I'm gonna tell them they should reimburse the membership fees taken out as well.

I have been a repeat customer for many years. Very disappointed that I am still waiting for my order from October and it's December. I have called multiple times and get a canned response, same every time. The items are in stock and they are only waiting for the warehouse workers to ship it! Multiple unanswered emails. Buyer beware!
Really done with renewing a membership…
Really done with renewing a membership just to check mediocre prices and almost entirely out of stock items, shame on me I guess, I'm the idiot who kept renewing when I wanted something , hope is a b**** And it cost me many times any savings I gained over the same time period.
Terrible Customer Service
I ordered a firearm from them back in August. After about 2 weeks I hadn't heard anything about the gun so I reached out. I was replied to with a simple "Its a ship to store and you'll get a tracking number when it ships" When I asked about that they didn't reply further. After a month of waiting, I called their customer service and was told the gun hadn't even gotten to them yet. Only then was I informed about their ship-to-store firearms and that they take longer and then I had to wait another 15 days before my gun shipped to my FFL. Basically, they have NO customer service at all. If you want a reply to your question you have to call and wait on hold. I won't be ordering anything from them again. Their deals arent even very good, go to Optics planet instead.
What is the point?
First and foremost their prices aren't even very good. What is the point of paying a fee if their prices are just average!?!? And worse, their customer service and order fulfillment are terrible! It takes them 1-2 weeks to ship orders. This is the only company I've dealt with in years that can't ship order in 48 hours. Just terrible.
