BigBuy sells a large number of products that are not even allowed in the EU. Additionally, the website is the worst I have ever seen, with loading times so long that it often doesn’t work at all. You will go bankrupt with this company.

Bigbuy is in many ways a great company
Bigbuy is in many ways a great company, a lot of products to choose from. BUT they are really strugling to be in the lead with the big boyz, but so many small errors, makes me give them only one star. The reasson is their Spanish mentality from customer service "Mañana, mañana". I am SO glad thatim not a million dollar business when having seriously trouble. I have had a couple of time had such big trouble that i had to close my shop during the fix so i wouldnt loose money. Im in the beginning of starting new, so it wasnt any danger...Now i have waited 4 days for a solution. To be fair, they have started to help..and i give them an answer...3-4 new days before next answer..And another case, their webpage is loading soo slow...Everytime i select a product, waiting and waiting..I think they servers also are a bit of " Mañana, mañana". To me its seems that customer close 1500 and are closed in weekends? If they do, they should be open 24/7. So, fix reply from customerservice and clean up and tweak your servers, and ill happily give you 5 stars

My experience
First of all if you use Big Buy as supplier then forget about making any profit cause the lowkey take all the profit. And secondly whatever money you have in your wallet is theirs. You can not withdraw the money that you put in your account. By God I sent like 35 email and then finally someone replied and told me to bring a receipt of the transaction to prove if its my money at all. Long story short the SUCK.

making the account painful , no information whatsoever just guess and go
How it works weirdly with products that are outdated you select and place them in your store
Then someone with some luck comes buy.
Someone orders lets say for 1 000 euro so you got to pay 1000 but that being in crypto !!!! which you only find out after you get a customer
Customer service is a pain in the ass , to get the store deleted was like going to war where you get pointed that you ll never ever be able to make anything on any platform

I was a merchant for bigbuy and was scammed
I was a merchant for bigbuy and I had 88,000 in my account. When I tried to withdraw to my bank account there system refused to do and when I asked customer service where my money went they said I must pay a 20 % handling fee which was 17,000 dollars. When I disagreed they closed my account and all my money and earnings are gone. I cannot login onto my account . This company stole a total of $88,000.00 from me. I have proof because I took screen shot of the withdrawal from my store which said in the review process with they say they won't send your money unless you send them a fee of $17,000.Im now locked out of my account and it's like I've never existed They now ran off with my earnings . It's like a bank account who just closes your account and steals all your money that you earned and you have no control over your store My store ID number was 4013139 . My advice to any customer is stay away from Bigbuy period because you could be locked out of your account and all your money in the store is lost . It doesnt exist because you deleted my store id account making it unexcessible Real facts here ! I've already sent an email with pictures of the transaction which shows my balance and my store I'd. Like I stated before my account was closed and my funds were taken from me making my account unaccessible to me like I've never existed ! When I emailed with the email you guys just provided it came back as non valid email address. In the reply to this email from bigbuy they provided an email address. The email address is coming back as invalid email address and does not exist . If anyone else reads this try there email address they provided when they replied, it will come back
as an undeliverable message !

I bought 4 webshops with the hope that integration with Shopify would be easy and that I would get support and help..
It has now been over 9 months and BigBuy's support is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with and they have refused to help and instead send some stupid training video that must have been for the previous version of what it looked like on BigBuy's platform because it has absolutely not been of any help as none of the information is correct!!!
It is not only shameful, but I feel robbed as I have paid a lot of money for several webshops without being able to get started, and when I have asked for a refund on the last three occasions, they have completely refused to answer me!!!
