I will raise a complaint to Amazon the platform I brought it through and send the item back.
I recently purcheased the P25 folding solar panel. I found after trying to charge my Ipad, that it does not charge the Ipad. I spend a lot of time troubleshooting and sending videos to customer service, waisting my time, only to find out it doesn't work with the Ipad. Well maybe they should list that in the FAQ or specs? So to return I would have to pay shipping and restocking fee. So to avoid that, I decided to just keep it and use it for my phone. However, I keep getting erros saying check you charging device! The panel, in direct sunlight, keeps disconnecting and not charging. I sent a video to customer service and they said it wasn't good because of a tiny shadow on the panel, which is crazy. So I sent another video, also in full direct sunlight. The time I have waisted trying to return this defective unit is absurd. Do not buy their products, they do not stand behind them and make it impossible to return.
