Not bad at all. Its perfect for baking newbies like me))) all the directions were easy to follow, the result was really the same as the pic on the box. Most definitely keep this in my pantry for emergencies
The product is very easy to make the bread. It is tasty and I have added other fruits with the bananas.
I have used the Big Banana Bread Co packets before and every time the result is delicious and I recommend it highly.

I baked the Vegan recipe. The instructions were simple (even for a non baker like me to follow), and the results were brilliant. Just like the picture on the box! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the banana bread. We will be buying again. :)
What a fantastic little find! The instructions are easy to follow and it took just 5 minutes to mix all the ingredients together. The banana bread tastes great and is really light and fluffy. It makes about 10 portions and is great for lunch boxes. I'm tempted to add some chocolate chips to my next batch.
I cannot cook or bake for toffee and yet I managed to make the MOST delicious and light banana bread with these kits - I tried both and while the non-vegan was possibly a touch tastier the vegan was still delicious and actually felt quite healthy! (Even though I did eat half of the loaf at once 😬). Definitely recommend for anyone short on time or skill - it was genuinely delicious.
