John Banks are very quick to deliver but more importantly to me they are also very reliable. have purchased many things from them in the past and the items always arrive when they say they will. My latest purchase was no execption.

The shop has amazing variety and all at decent prices. They even offer tailoring which is a great touch. They have a loyalty offering which is competitive and often have sale items at slashed prices so you no longer have to worry about picking something up quickly for an event. Unlike many in person stores they are not pushy to get a sale and instead focus on customer satisfaction.

My son loved the features of the Redpoint full tech parka in navy. Detachable faux fur collar and hood. Lots of pockets. Immediate dispatch of order and delivery next day with DHL. Even phoned me to say may not arrive before Christmas but it did. Outstanding C Service.

Delivery was on time. Joggers were really thin and lasted less than 2 weeks before they split on the outside close to the pocket. They were reduced to £7.50 but definitely wasn’t a good deal.
