Thankyou for your insulting comments. I DID NOT ENTER YOUR SHOP AGGRESSIVE. Your managers behaviour on continuing to say the hem on the one pair was altered. IS TOTALLY INCORRECT. I came in to express concern on the fabrics flexability. Your manager along with the bodily support of your 3 staff behind you, intimidating in its self. And his lack of curtesy when walking to his kiosk followed by his support team. And turning his back on me, mumbling. All very intimidating and showing off to his staff and 2 customers in the shop. I was an elderly lady on her own, at this stage feeling nervous and intimidated, by his smug attitude. Then he Excellerating the situation by infront of your audinance showing me the door and shouting down the shop and previous to that insults of Youre Mad. Then sending out your a member if staff to take a picture of my car with me and my disabled husband in. The trousers were of no use to him, and again I categorically state were not altered. Your excuse for the rude approach of saying they were shortened. I wonder how you would feel if this was your mother or relative in the same situation. Bully tactics. YOU WOULDNT HAVE BEHAVED LIKE THAT TO A MAN, would you. Look at some of your other reviews on faulty or any complaints.
Shame on you, and a shame for the lovely lady who works for you. Who fully understood what I was trying to say about the fabric. I have spent a lot of money with Banks and intended to purchase a coat and some tops. Hence me saying I will not use you again. I still stick with what I have said, and may I suggest that you look a customer in the face and not turn your backs on them.

Shirt received exactly as described, securely packed, promptly dispatched and delivered.

Ordered shirt and jacket for wedding. Not quite sure of my size so had to send back a couple of times before obtaining correct best fit. No hassle and no issues so very pleased with service and end result.

Very easy to deal with, excellent customer service skills and a good knowledge of the product.

Item was all ok but not very well packaged the boxes for 2 pairs of shoes arrived completely destroyed as packaged together. Luckily the items inside weren’t damaged

Purchasing nice clothes can often be challenging for the more generously sized gentleman. Usually stores have a poor range, comedic prices or be dreadful quality "own-brand" garbage.

Banks seem to have hit the sweet spot of an excellent range, superb quality with great pricing and really fast delivery - there's a lot to be said for firms that use a proper postage service and not the same nightmare courier that most tend to use.

My order was correct, well-priced and arrived promptly. If you are a big chap, look no further than Banks.

Great bargain on my swim shorts & just came back from Cyprus where i wore a couple of pairs of the 5 pairs i bought.

My husband has MS and is a full time wheelchair user. He wanted to find smart lace up shoes to wear with his suit for our daughter's wedding but he suffers with swollen feet. We tried several pairs of wide fit shoes that he couldn't get on before we found this website. The extra wide fit shoes slipped on easily and really finished his outfit.

Overall fantastic suits fit perfectly great quality fast delivery will definitely buy from again . The only issue is had is sent a pair of trousers back for exchange had no communication saying one they had received and two that they had sent new pair it was only when I checked the post box I found the new trousers.

Excellent service, all staff extremely knowledgeable about the items they sell. Excellent choice for the larger/taller person and if not in stock they can arrange a delivery. Delivery service is also excellent, fast and accurate. They also offer an alteration service to ensure that perfect fit. Car parking out front. Highly recommended, a true joy to shop which is something I never thought I would say.
