did not ship full order
did not ship full order. The day I got order only one item in box. Called customer support and was told another shipment was sent but didn't go out for 6 days after order placed. The extra money I was charged for shipping is a joke.

Great prices and excellent customer service
I recently bought my saltwater aquarium supplies from Bigalpets. They offered the best deals out there and they shipped the items quickly.
I highly recommend Bigalpets and I will be buying from them again.
