Efficiency, care, and quality - great experience
What a beautiful feeling when you find everything you need in one shop. I found out about the brand Emanuela Biffoli- Firenze on Instagram and felt I must order their perfumes. So, I proceeded with the order, and from there, everything was like a carousel of care and support.
Melissa, the beautiful soul who took care of my order, went out of her way to help me receive the package quickly as I needed it. In not even one hour, she called me to inform me that she had prepared everything and the next day, I would have the collection of perfumes in my arms. Then during the process of delivery, Melissa kept me updated with every step via WhatsApp in real-time. Such a delightful experience overall. Their perfumes are so majestic and so different that they make you dream and travel to Florence from the time of the Medici Family to today. A mix of history and art in one bottle. A beautiful artisanal Made in Italy creation.
I recommend you all this experience.
