A massive 'Well Done' to Emma Waugh at Bier Company!!
My children bought me the 'Super Dad' gift box & I recently broke my 'Super Dad' glass that came with the box.
I contacted Bier Company by email & within 3 days, Emma had sourced a replacement glass and posted it out to me 'free of charge'!!
Brilliant customer service......Oh, and the beers are great!!
'Well done' again Emma and thank you!

Easy to order, speedy delivery and great communication from all parties. Great value with a good mixture of beers.

Have a monthly beer subscription with bier company for years, they went downhill for a while, not sending products.... pleased to say since they have been taken over orders are on time again and have been for past 3 months. great products always a unique selection thank you

Received an email to review product. I have emailed, called and even posted a letter to cancel my subscription for a number of months now and still no response back from this company. To make matters worse I haven’t even received this months ordered even though it states it’s been delivered. Again tried to call regarding this but can’t get through.
I had previously bought a few one of purchases and all was fine but the subscription is a complete scam with no way to opt out.

Ordered as a birthday present for my son in law. The box arrived the next day with thorough updates to me by email and a ‘tracking’ facility. My son-in-law is delighted and really enjoying the beers. He isn’t a huge drinker but loves ‘craft’ beers. So far he says every one he has tried has been top class.
I would have liked a ‘date if delivery’ option on the order form as his birthday is in September! This ‘early’ birthday present has been a huge success though. Thank you.

Got an email to do a review on my purchase.. even though I am yet to actually receive this product. Money has been taken. But twice now the delivery has never been made with the delivery company saying product is damaged and they are returning.. have contacted customer service who said they would send a new one but again the delivery was never made and I got an email saying damaged so being returned to sender.. I never actually saw myself if it was damaged.. yet to receive item or a refund....

Was wary of ordering after reading some of the reviews on here but there was a great offer on, so stuck it on my credit card and hoped for the best. Regular updates on the delivery and arrived as promised. A good range of quality beers which I have enjoyed so far. So for me I couldn't really have asked for a better experience.

My order wasn’t delivered the next day as guaranteed on the website. My brother never got the delivery. I live in Canada and was sending him a birthday gift in London. I have sent multiple emails to the company with no response. Very poor experience. Wouldn’t suggest to anyone. Waste of money. Very disappointed.

Superfast delivery and a great selectyion of top quality beers except for the sour beer, not to my taste

Good Bier Company experience overall, excellent delivery and communication. Good selection of beers in the beachside bangers but a few I'd tried previously. Think I'll change back to buying beers I like instead of getting a random selection on a monthly basis.

Oooof, my experience with Bier company has been fantastic. Can't really understand some of the previous negative reviews, seems to be issues with delivery, but my experience has been very positive. Accurate updates on delivery service, I knew exactly when it was arriving (at my uncle's address), and my uncle absolutely loved the product itself. I found the pricing was value for money, had the hamper been more expensive then I couldn't have afforded it, but I'm so glad I was able to buy this as a gift. It went down a treat!!

Would be better if it was in a gift box and not in a plan box as this was for a 40th birthday present

Despite me asking 3 times you delivered it to my address instead of London. When it arrived I had to re post it at a cost over £12.00.

Sorry to read some previous reviews and can only speak as I found the experience, which was good. Ordered as a gift - easy ordering process, was well packaged and delivered on time. Yodel driver called at my door at the delivery time I was advised of to apologise that he'd discovered my package was not on the van! He arranged for a driver from depot to meet him en route with it and then delivered my package within the hour! The person I gave this to as a gift was delighted to receive it and was really happy with the contents, so I'm very happy with all aspects of my order.

The product itself is amazing, and I love getting them for my husband and for my father in law. The issue lies with delivery, you pay for next day and 'yodel don't collect it' ...luckily it arrived just in time this time. A previous order took weeks and you get zero accountability from them or an apology just excuses. Technically if you pay for next day delivery and it doesn't happen you should get a refund of the delivery charge... I also get bombarded with emails from them.... so if you want something from this company just order 1-2 weeks before and ignore the next day delivery part....you ain't getting it.

The company have been taken over. For two months I’ve tried to get a refund on a delivery that never arrived. Today, I got straight through to Customer services and spoke to someone called Emma. She found my order and refunded it immediately. Faith restored. Will definitely be ordered again

I haven't tasted all the beers I have received yet, but I'm very happy with the service I have been given. Delivery was fast, nice selection of products and a very good price. Would highly recommend and shall buy from again soon!

Got the ultimate set as a birthday gift & recipient was very impressed. To be honest so was I as it was packaged fantastically & the box was bloody a decent size. Happy all round & definitely will be returning to make another order in the not so distant future. Thank you!

Bought a case beer for my brothers birthday back in may, never received the beer, also cant contact the company through any platform.

Constantly being bombarded with emails and texts from them which is just salt in the wound at this point.

Ive contacted the financial ombudsman and they are processing forward with my claim. Id advise others to do the same
