No refund whee bees arrive dead
Order a queen bee that came dead. Asked for a refund, and after 2 weeks got told it is my problem they can't offer a refund.
Now bringing this to the small claim court as per EU laws, good arrived damaged they should be responsible.
They say based on their FAQ Denmark is not covered, but not based on EU laws.
Total of 68euros and yet they make it hard for me to get what they owe me. Would Highly avoid dealing with them as if they are willing to go against law for 68 euros, can't imagine how they would handle bigger orders.
Staff lack of respect. Delivery took 2 weeks. Stay away from them.
