Lack transparency and accountability. Don’t think that you are on a level playing field and open auction.

Being completely new to this type of auction, and any type of auction to be frank, im pleased and grateful to have had Kristela, a quick call away, to hold my hands throughout the process, and that really made me feel at ease and made the experience pleasant. I will return again... Don't think I need my hands held anymore haha!

Despite not winning the plot I bid on, I wanted to leave a review. I received my deposit in full, less than 12 hours after the auction had finished. All my emails were responded to promptly by Nicole and I would definitely use them again, if another plot becomes available.

The sale process was made so easy by the dedicated and reassuring team. The amount received for my property far exceeded my expectations and
I’m sure this was due to the can do attitude and professionalism of this company.
I would particularly like to highlight Nicole Couchee
who worked so hard ,on what was potentially a difficult sale and with her cheery manner is a credit to the company.
I would also like to thank Oliver Childs for his personal attention to this project and his sound advice and support.

Outstanding service from start to finish! I have sold a mixture of residential, land, and commercial lots with BidX1, and they provided a fantastic experience throughout. Fantastic platform, very user friendly, and the BidX1 team are always available to assist the onboarding process prior to any auction.

Nicole was amazingly helpful. We couldnt login for a long time because of some technical issue but Nicole was in contact with us all along and tried her best to help us and finally we were able to bid and became the successful bidder.

Recently bought a property through Bid x1 before it went to auction. It was fairly complicated, but Mat was amazing in helping to sort out the issues we came across, even persuading the vendor to be patient whilst we sorted our funds out.

We recently listed a property in auction and the guys at BidX1 have performed once again and delivered beyond our expectations.
