I’m not here to complain about the company but I am here to complain about a dangerous driver that was driving up the a10 on Friday. He was driving very recklessly being a bully and exceeding the speed limit. It happened after 5pm so I couldn’t get though to the company. Something really needs to be done about that driver or someone will end up dead. I have photos of the van and the driver. The registration of the vehicle is SN75 XCW. PLEASE GET THIS DRIVER OFF THE ROAD

Delivery lorry for garner hotel in Acocks Green Birmingham always parking on pavement and blocking it and the road. Today it parking by a hump back bridge.

Unfortunately my negative reviews were removed from this forum by Bidfood as it was considered "defamatory". Its very clear that all star rating reviews on this forum are not indicative of the true rating as the negatives are removed by Bidfood who only allow the positive reviews to be posted, this practise of soliciting feedback & burying negative reviews is unethical & misleading & violates review policies. Typical of Bidfoods.
I say good place to work support is there when Ur struggling poor training and and overwhelming expectations early on pushed me to walk away I feel my review is a fair assessment of bidfood Bicester without being bitter about my departure.
They need to be better at training new drivers at picking products and be honest to agencies drivers that they are just being used as man power.

Opened an account and was told delivery couldn’t be arranged until a driver was “routed”. Nothing ever happened.
Called back a few days later and was then told they can’t deliver because it’s a residential address — which is flat-out wrong. The address is part commercial, and I even sent photos to prove it.
Next excuse: I was told to open a cash account so I could order online and get delivery on a smaller van. Did exactly that, placed the order, and thought it was finally sorted.
Then, at 3pm the day before delivery, I get a call — framed as a “courtesy” — to say the general manager has decided they won’t accept the order at all.
Absolutely incredible. Has the general manager bothered to read the hundreds of bad reviews online, or are they just adding to them?
Total incompetence from start to finish. Wasted time, constant contradictions, and zero accountability. Avoid unless you enjoy frustration and cancelled orders.

Constantly calling you and pushing you on delivery times.
This company breaches on GDPR, does not follow correct procedures and watches you on camera without consent and shares this information with work colleagues.
This company does not follow it's own guidelines or HR guidelines.
Absolutely disgusting and shocking company.

Worse possible supplier in whole of my career. Never deliver on time, lie that driver on the way and suddenly he changes route and they cannot deliver. When ring them , just lie that they will deliver next day and noone turns up. Raise a refund and it takes 3 weeks to process credit note and once credit note is raised, you still don't get refund and they give you another number to call, when you call them ,they say they have not recieved the note internally. I have ongoing complaint and all below people copied on by customer services to respond but noone has reaponded till date for ongoing 4 week complaint. Absolutely shame as we are a very big customer. Unfortunately this has happened on 4 different occasions in 3 months leading tk loss of sales on weekends and they dont even apologise.Changing supplier to better supplier finally with good account manager who will care. Also, working with local news as their long term customer and they will be publishing my story as have all the evidence. Surely this will make Bidood their well deserved lesson. Wait and watch. I had enough. No wonder they have 1 star review but time for them to learn a lesson now.

My husband was suffering mentally they were just not interested and made things a million times worse for us, especially for our young daughter.

Terrible supplier. Drivers are all pretty nice though. But damn they are so inconsistent with if you will get what you ordered at all or at least in the right size. Been stuck with over a year because that decision is above my pay grade.
Potatoes are almost always sprouting and so many rotten onions. Sometimes you also get ridiculously tiny onions.

Opened an account online tried to place a order and pay told that the branch it had been assigned to was wrong had to go to Bedford . Spoke to them they said they would come back to me sent email Bedford say it's not them it's Harlow.
I have an order I am new to them but no one is interested very surprised they can turn business away in the current climate

Account sorted but today's delivery short five boxes which have been paid for and bidfood say I didn't order them even though I have an email with them on and they have taken the money from the bank starting to wish I had never found you stowmarket branch really unhelpful and you have money with no goods I need answers now not into days!!!

I truly feel this company is ageist against people who are fit but they don't even respond to your application because of your age. The government wants us to work longer but how can we when you have companies like this discrimination against you? The site I applied for was the Gateshead one. I will give you my name Keith Patten as I intend to seek a meeting with the Government to ask what you want us to do when you have companies like Bidfood not giving people a chance because of their age.
