Bidet.com unprofessional company
We have had a relationship with this company for 12 or more years. This website sells their own exclusive brand made in China that the owner designs. They are designed to be high-end and that is indicated in their big prices. My mother purchased two of their most popular models 12 or more years ago for each of her bathrooms. Her positive experience with the product encouraged my husband to choose a similar model promising a bonus product to be included. It was not included in customer service did not respond to our inquiries for the product. . Soon after that, the bidet experienced a crack we left phone messages and sent email messages within our online portal. The owner in this one man operation finally responded to the picture we sent and said it was my husband‘s fault because the seat wasn’t level as if he could know that. Shortly, after that a replacement my mom had ordered also cracked. We sent pictures and the owner again blamed user error. We regret ever giving this guy any business as he is provides zero customer service snd does not honor his warranties. It would appear that his Chinese manufacturer is not making the seat components with the same quality ingredients that they did 12 years ago.
