Don't be afraid of buying a bike online
I ordered the bike on a Sunday and received it on Thursday. It was exactly as expected and would highly recommend them. I have never ordered a bike online but wouldn't hesitate to do so again from bikes online.
The range of accessories is pretty good but could be more extensive.

It was a warranty replacement
It was a warranty replacement. Yes it arrived fast without any argument. But still not having a store to go back to is annoying and having to find another store to install and getting reimbursement is frustrating

Great first buy from Bikes Online
Great first buy from Bikes Online. Ordered the Polygon Siskui T7 for my son's 13th birthday. The bike arrived a few days after ordering it and was easy for hubby to assemble (he did get it checked over by a bike shop too). My son is over the moon with the bike, and has put it through its paces over the last month. It is holding up well!
Brilliant purchase from Bikes Online. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service
I had an issue to follow up on an order (nothing to do with the bike, the bike and delivery was perfect) and the customer support agent (Bryan) dealing with my case was incredibly helpful. Replies were prompt - the first reply was within an hour of submitting my initial request - and from there was more than happy to escalate the issue when necessary and communicated feedback from the manager, who was able to resolve the issue for me.
Top notch customer service from an online retailer. Thanks!

Exceptional Customer Service
I have to say the biggest of thank yous to the awesome team at Bicycles Online, esp Bren in customer service!
I recently bought a 2019 Marin Alcatraz second hand. We got it home where I discovered it was missing a chain tensioner.
I got in touch with Bicycles Online, being they are the Aus Marin dealers to see if they could help point me in the direction of locating a replacement one. Bren replied to help ascertain the parts required and despite being not the initial owner and the bike now being 3 years old, they sent me a replacement one for only the cost of the postage. Not thats some service!
After receiving and installing this, we realised the rear hub was stuffed and needed replacing. I searched all over, trying to find a compatible hub, but kept coming up on only very expensive performance replacements, if you could even find the right size and type.
After nearly purchasing the wrong thing from an ambiguous advert on a third party website, it occurred to me to once again contact Bicycles Online to see if they had a solution and could once again point me in the direction of a replacement. So I shot through another email to Bren. They came back saying they could supply me one for a very reasonable price. Done deal!
Thank you Bicycles Online and Bren for your exceptional customer service to help a gal get her DJ on the dirt again! I'm so impressed with the promptness and helpfulness despite not having purchased anything from you previously, let alone the bike itself. I will not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone for a bike or parts!

EZGrip Bike Rack a DUD & NO Customer Service to Help!
Was super excited and after lots of research bought the EZGrip Bike Rack for Christmas for our family. We put the rack on the car and the first problem occurred - we drove out our gate the bike rack started to swing from side to side. We only drove a couple of KM's the rack was so unsteady, we were scared our bikes would fall off and the rack would smash into each side of the car. Over our 4 km small drive we had to stop 3 times to straighten it up. Then the next problem occurred - the tightening mechanism would not work.
We rang and emailed the customer-service department so many times to speak about the faults. We were asked to take multiple videos and lots of pictures to send to them - but we have got anywhere. NOW we are just tired of being mucked around by Bicycles Online & their no-customer service. We bought this product in good-faith and have received a faulty product - and no help! Could not be MORE disappointed in this product.
And still no assistance after 3 weeks.

We're sorry to hear you've been having difficulty with your rack. We can see you reached out to us on the 10th January and over the last 2 weeks our agent has been trying to assist in ensuring the rack was installed correctly. They noticed in the photos you supplied the ratchet mechanism that fits over the tow ball was not seated correctly as per the instruction manual and would likely be the cause for the rack to swing during your first outing.
Our agent requested the rack be re-installed with his recommendations to see if this resolved the issue. Once followed a video of the rack either now secured or if still swinging after being re-installed would allow us to present this to Ezigrip for a warranty claim if valid. We noticed the clamp was still not seated correctly over the tow ball in the submitted video we requested, despite this we are currently arranging a return and refund.

I have had a terrible experience with the bike a purchased from Bicycles online due to a number of warranty issues. I was stuffed around for weeks, then sent an already faulty part (the second time I have had the issue). I am so disappointed with my polygon purchase from bicycles online, this has been a disaster, my bike has been un-rideable for half the time I have owned it. This is the third time I have had a problem with my bike in 3 months. So putting out some reviews so maybe they try harder to not have this happen to others (the bike itself, polygon siskiu t8 has been great)

Couldn't wait for the bike to arrive and was it worth the wait - yes with a capital Y .Not my first Marin bike , Took a good hard look at what I need and what I want settled on the Sausalito E-1 .My first E-bike and to say I am happy is an understatement .It is better than I expected in every way .I thought I would miss my old hardtail MTB but after about 100km in the saddle I still can't stop smiling .

Is an outstanding light and is easy to install and remove from the handlebars when you need to charge. Has a large battery so easily lasts my longest rides. Mainly use it for safety during the day, the flashing daytime mode is easily seen by motor vehicles.
