I went for a service with a flat wheel

I went for a service with a flat wheel. They charged 15€ when I arrived in Saldanha, and the wheel was flat again. Worst service experienced.

We are sorry you had a problem with your repair. Next time contact the shop, there are multiple contacts on our social media, email or phone number that you can use, so we are able to take another look at the tire, there are inumerous reasons for a tire to go flat, some of them more difficult to diagnose.

Went as a foreigner for a repair for my…

Went as a foreigner for a repair for my bike.
Never seen such a bad service: didn’t even check if he had a simple gasket from surtour in stock. Said it would take a week to order.
Don’t go there, avoid the non-professionnel personnel.
