Terrible Technical Capability, Misleading Billing Practices, and Serious Data Security Risks
Working with Bickert Management was a complete disaster. We paid $5,000 upfront, and after waiting three months, they claimed to have spent over $10,000 — yet the only thing they accomplished was identifying the SQL Server data storage path. No solutions were delivered, and no real progress was made.
Before payment, they were overly confident, assuring us they had the technical expertise to handle the job. But after payment, it became clear they lacked the capability to resolve anything. The process dragged on with little to no communication, and it seemed like the work was being looked at maybe once a week by outsourced staff in India.
What’s worse, they significantly increased the risk of data breaches by exposing our servers to offshore staff in India without taking proper security measures. They themselves did not perform the work but instead opened access to our live server, completely compromising data confidentiality and internal controls.
I strongly warn others not to do business with Bickert Management. They overpromise, underdeliver, and jeopardize your data security while wasting your money. Highly irresponsible.
