Sito web falso! Abbiamo acquistato una bici sul sito web, pagato il giorno stesso dell'ordine (acconto IBAN conto Maurizzo), 5 giorni dopo abbiamo ricevuto un'email che ci informava che per procedere con l'ordine avremmo dovuto pagare un importo aggiuntivo. Abbiamo richiesto l'annullamento via email, ma non abbiamo ricevuto risposta, né tantomeno un rimborso dell'importo pagato, che tra l'altro era molto alto. Ho fatto una simulazione sul sito web oggi e ora c'è un altro IBAN e/o nome per l'acconto. Non acquistate!!!

Confermiamo che il suo ordine è stato approvato.
Stiamo emettendo la fattura e preparando la spedizione, prevista per oggi.
Tuttavia, a seguito di verifica, sembra che l'importo pagato non includa l'IVA.
In conformità con la normativa vigente, l'IVA di € 342,10 deve essere aggiunta al totale della fattura di € 1.555,00 (IVA inclusa).
Al ricevimento del pagamento dell'IVA, il suo ordine verrà immediatamente convalidato e la spedizione verrà attivata.
La preghiamo di inviarci una copia della ricevuta del bonifico bancario non appena verrà elaborato, in modo da poterlo elaborare rapidamente.
