Love the store. Great quality and price.

no follow up, although under EU law, i am protected. Quite sad because i obviously can not waste any time on lawyers and suing this brand. however, i will always review the poor service i received and keep receiving. Terrible

Katia Lamia in the Nappage Department on the 3o etage gave wonderful service as I was looking at and purchasing napkins.

She knew the inventory, handled checkout, took me to the information desk and then helped me carry 5 large bags to the exit.

Start to finish it was a great experience.

Following an unfortunate incident involving incorrect delivery dates and no mattress arriving with my bed, I wrote a review complaining about customer service.
However, I’ve deleted my previous review due to the fact that once my complaint got through to the head of the client services department of BHV and Tempur Sealy the service was amazing!

They owned their error, and are reimbursing my accommodation - paid due to the fact that I had no bed in my new house. Their manner was warm, professional, apologetic and actually really comforting! The guys from Tempur Sealy stayed in constant communication throughout and the bed is, now that I’m sleeping on it finally, worth every cent - it’s amazing!

Thank you BHV and Tempur Sealy for being so supportive through this process and for your patience during my dummy spit, and the fact that never once did you try to deny responsibility!

Highly recommend!!!

Unfortunately the same sad service as ever, staff no interest in the clients or selling, a little less peacock strutting and a little more humility would go a long way
