bhsundco.com: efficient service but very poor after sales

I bought my Rhode Alba slippers from this company in August 2020. I was delighted with the slippers, as well as the polite and efficient service I received from bhsundco.com . When the slippers literally fell apart after 3 months I sent photos of the faulty slippers to the company. I was assured they would be replaced. I am still waiting after first contacting them on 17 th December 2020. I followed this up with regular emails for updates. I have still not received my replacement slippers. I would be very cautious about buying anything from this company now.
