I’ve ordered from bgm girl a few times and I recently just purchased a 26 in body wave wig and it is everything I could ask for very soft minimal smell and minimal shedding. The only request I have is can we get more bonnets in the colors of the site like black white etc I’m bout pink bonnet out lol but no seriously bgm girl will always have my support!!

If you haven’t shop from this company yet, then you are likely missing out when it comes to quality hair because they are top notch in hair quality and their delivery is very timely and reliable.

Never received my wig or a refund for not getting my wig

The quality of wigs from this company is not good at all. The lace is thick, the hair tangles and sheds and the customer service is an absolute joke. The hair is feels more like a plastic quality and doesn't feel like human hair at all. The images & videos on instagram are used to take black women's money and provide you with low quality wigs, which you end up repurchasing. " Black Girl Magic" more like "Black Girl Rip Off"
The wigs will not last long at all and I have had several, where the quality is downgraded so much. I won't waste my money on this company any further and I'd rather go natural as I see this as a way to take our community for granted. Low quality hair, low quality service ='s you ain't getting another pound from me. Absolute waste of money and a company that will have you wearing hair that is super low quality and not worth the price at all. This is not is not an investment, you are better off shopping elsewhere and do your research properly as ALL of these companies are the same people making a profit on selling terrible quality products to people of colour who feel that we have no other options. Absolute disgrace!!! Do not buy from here...

Timely delivery. Affordable pricing. Good unit- quality hair and lace. Sheds a little, but that’s expected with any type of human hair. I’d purchase another unit from this company. I have no complaints as of now, and I don’t expect to have any in the future. (I will update later if necessary.)

I have only worn my hair 3 times because it is shedding way too much, and does not feel like 100% human hair but a mixture and it makes me feel itchy like what happens when i wear fake hair. It tangles easily and I paid a lot of money for it (actually still paying because I got it on Klarna 😅). I had hoped for quality hair given the reviews and the photos I had seen but I am disappointed.
