Disappointing Frame Purchase Experience
I recently purchased a 100*70 frame from bga.dk, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. The main issue arose from the fact that the glass was tilted and didn't fit properly into the frame from the beginning.
Naturally, I reached out to customer service to address the problem. To my surprise, the response I received was less than helpful. I was told that the issue was due to my choice of using a string with hangers to mount the frame on the wall. According to them, this was the cause of the misalignment.
What baffled me was the insistence on providing pictures from all the steps, as if this would somehow prove that my hanging method caused the manufacturing flaw. This seemed like an unnecessary and unreasonable demand, considering the evident defect in the product.
As a customer, I believe that issues with manufacturing should be acknowledged and addressed without requiring extensive documentation from the buyer. It's disappointing to receive a product that doesn't meet quality standards and then encounter resistance when seeking a resolution.
In conclusion, my experience with bga.dk has been marked by a defective product and unhelpful customer service.
I hope this review serves as a cautionary note for others considering a purchase from this platform.

We are ofcourse sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your experience with us.
It is standard to ask for visual proof for any webshop, when a customer has received a defective product. Unfortunately you had hung the frame with a self invented string solution, which indeed could cause the defect you complained to us about.
As you had used and wrongly hung the frame for a couple of weeks before making the complaint, and you were not able to show that the frame was defect upon arrival. We have no way to check if it indeed was a product error, or the damaged stemmed from the misuse, as hanging a big frame with string misplaces the weight and can indeed bend the frame to cause the issue you experienced.
