It’s a fantastic tool
It’s a fantastic tool. I recently had an issue where the date picker wasn’t visible on my website, but Niang Lee from customer support resolved it within hours. The response was incredibly fast, much quicker than I expected, and the support experience was outstanding. I’m very happy with the Beyondspace Datepicker plugin; it works perfectly with my florist shop website.

I got this plugin to use the image swap…
I got this plugin to use the image swap feature specifically but it is not working. I have messaged support multiple weeks ago and although I have had contact, the issue has not been fixed still.

Date Picker Help
Being new to Beyondspace and the Date Picker plug in, I was having trouble embedding it into my website with all the preferences I wanted. Niang Lee in the customer service department was amazing and continually assisted me until the end result was exactly what I wanted. She was so kind throughout the process too!

Lightbox Studio is fantastic! Not only does it seamlessly add all the features I was looking for in a lightbox, but the developers were super quick to help me with any questions I may have, and I'm very grateful for that kind of swift support, especially when there are deadlines to meet. We understand the frustration when a product does not work as expected, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
To clarify the situation, support was promptly provided starting November 5th. After some back and forth, we requested admin access to address the installation issue and received it on November 17th, at which point we immediately proceeded to fix the problem. Throughout this process, all messages from the customer were answered without omission.
I am still waiting for customer's designer to response since then.
The code remains active on your site, and the tutorial provides clear guidance for customizing the delivery date picker. Other customers have recently purchased and successfully activated the same plugin: Squarespace datepicker
While we have processed the requested refund, we share this information so that other potential customers can make their own informed decisions about the product and service.

Great way to lightbox portfolio gallery without leaving page
I was easily able to add this to my client's Squarespace site to create a specific type of portfolio gallery viewing experience. Their support was also extremely helpful in creating a custom solution. They are very responsive to answering your questions. I only wish their site's documentations + tutorials were slightly better organized.

Really responsive business
Really responsive business. I had some installation trouble because my plugin was so old. Beyondspace responded to email support really fast and sent me a download link for a new version with instructions.

Outstanding Customer Service
I purchased the Lightbox Studio plugin to have the ability to zoom in on my Squarespace website photos and worked as it should. I soon discovered a strange behavior when using the browser back button. I explained the issue with Beyondspace customer service and they issued a patch which completely fixed the problem. I couldn't be more pleased. Great customer service, thank you. Please note that wherever the customer service is located is about a 12 hour time difference from New York time so you generally have to wait one day to receive a response.
