I ordered a metal print but I needed it in a specific aspect ration that was not listed on the site.

I contacted customer service, who was extremely helpful not only with my general questions but agreed to print the image in custom size.

The print itself turned out fantastic, very sharp image (it was a 3252×4740 size image printed on 29.4cm x 40 cm)

The print was very well packaged and of course tracked.

I can only recommend this shop!

I was looking for a custom metal print and I was over the moon when it arrived. The quality is amazing and not a pixel of the original gets lost.
The only thing that I would like to recommend to the owner(s): you need to work on the adjustment tool where you can select the size of the canvas. Sadly that one wasn't easy to handle - but the product arrived better than expected for a decent price so that's 5/5 stars for me.

Hopefully ordering again some time!
