Absolute favourite skincare brand. Been a spa manager/spa therapists and skin care guru for 25 years and this remains the only brand I trust. I’ve tried fancy £300 age defying to whipped beef tallow and this is the only product that actually sinks in a truly nourishing the skin. All chemical and paraben free. Thank you for such beautiful products 🙏

Bought a face wash and emollient which…
Bought a face wash and emollient which are for my son who has a very sensitive skin and it has so far been gentle on his skin. Also customer service is proactive as there was a problem with the emollient pot in the first place but it was quickly resolved. Will order again.

I bought their products to see if organic would be better for my skin! After less than a week I’ve seen massive improvement in the look and texture of my skin, I’ll never again go back to shop bought skincare. I highly recommend their products and am already planning my next order. Worth every penny!

An excellent natural emollient.
I suffer from eczema on the soles of my feet.
This emollient is not only an excellent price but it’s really soothing and all natural.
It helped me loads.

Natural clean products
Someone recommended a product for post surgery recovery (e emollient cream for scars). I used a few tubs of this and it was good, perhaps not able to massage loads as a slightly watery texture which absorbed quickly and less oily). I always purchase a few other products each time (love the lip balm and have bought moisturisers, all sorts of samples, rescue balm etc). Packaging can be a little sparse ie just products in a cardboard box and not really any other protection packaging but fine. The only thing I'm not so keen in is all products come in plastic pots not glass and the moisturisers are in pump plastic bottles (pumps are not easily recyclable and you always feel there's some left over you cant reach!). Wish they would switch to glass bottles. Feel some of the prices are fairly high also, especially given they have very no frills packaging.

We have moved to glass for our oils and serums, but for larger items, we use lighter recyclable materials to help reduce emissions—especially important with our international shipping. We also keep packaging minimal to avoid unnecessary waste, though we are always looking at ways to improve.
Our prices reflect the certified COSMOS Organic and Natural ingredients we use—carefully sourced and often handmade in small batches for quality and freshness.
