Brilliant experience from start to finish. I spent such a long time searching for our perfect outdoor furniture. Found the perfect set on beyond home ... MUCH better value than anywhere else AND then a further 10% off for being a new customer was the deciding factor!
Eagerly awaited the delivery due date and was pleasantly surprised that it was arriving much earlier than I expected. Communication was top notch, informing us of every development and time scale. Delivery was perfect and problem free.
We now have our dream garden furniture .... and I feel like I found the bargain of the century!! Its stunning!!

Fantastic before delivery 3 messages then a phone call after delivery to see if everything was ok and that I was happy with it.
I have already recommended them to 2 friends.

Amazing service since my first contact…
Amazing service since my first contact with Beyond Home.
Allowed me to pre order a rattan set before it was available to do so (changed the availability on the website for me to place order!!) and kept me fully updated via email.
When there was an unexpected delay to the in stock date, I received a phone call to fully explain and discuss options, which I thought was above and beyond, especially as most places would just send a generic email.
Item was then delivered on the new delivery date and the set is beautiful. Even got a phone call that evening to check all had arrived and was happy.
Couldn't fault and definitely be recommending to family and friends for future purchases. Thank you so much, the personal touch does make all the difference 😊

Excellent Customer Service
This is the best company I have had the pleasure in dealing with. Ordered garden furniture in February with delivery planned for March. There was a delay with the delivery but I was kept up to date with progress of the order. Peter from Beyond Home telephoned me to explain the delay and also kept in touch constantly until delivery took place. Received my garden furniture today and am delighted with the quality of the product. Easy to put together too. Excellent customer service from Peter and the best company I have dealt with in the past year. Definitely order from this company in the future.
