Good product but inexistent customer service
As I saw no experience with them maybe this will help other, the concept is good but they literally DON'T answer emails I wrote maybe 3 or 4 emails to them and the chat is always unavailable. There's no free shipping too so they should be transparent and say that there's a shipping cost for express at least (for those living in Canada it's $15.6 USD for express as it's the only option). My only downside with them is the non existent customer service and since I didn't receive my order yet as it's been 3 weeks in transit now I can't give an upper review, if I receive the product maybe I will raise the rating.
Update : I received the blender three days ago and it works very well with frozen fruits and it's not noisy at all, I will just remove one star because of the customer experience.
