Very upset and disappointed with the service from Rob.
We had spoke multiple times over the phone and via email about the plan for my wedding day.
Firstly, he didn’t even turn up and had two very stressed young girls who knew nothing about the booking run the whole day.
I had told Rob multiple times that my guests are big drinkers which he promised me they wouldn’t run out. They run out beer in the first hour and had to go to the shop to buy more!! They had run out of pretty much everything by the end of the night!!
We were promised morreti and got fosters! We were promised expresso martinis and they weren’t even served.
We had an agreement about byo wine and prosseco which the young girls didn’t know about so put the bottles back in the fridges and said they had run out. This made our bar bill double the amount of what it should have been.
I have asked Rob to send me the bar bill and he hasn’t! Feel like we have been scammed!
It was an absolute mess from start to finish!
I am now trying to contact Rob and he is ignoring my messages.
An absolute joke of a company!!
