I made a huge mistake by choosing this…
I regret choosing this clinic over the 800 other dental clinics in Antalya. Originally, I planned to fly from Scandinavia to another clinic, but positive reviews led me to fall into the trap of choosing Beyazada Clinic. My experience turned into a nightmare. By sharing my story, I hope to prevent even one person from going through what I did. This clinic refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes, no matter what.
My case was relatively simple: replacing 8 ceramic e-max crowns to ten zirconium crowns upper jaw. I booked a consultation with Dr. Ismail Kargin for Monday at 9 a.m. After the consultation, he said we could start the treatment the next day, Tuesday. However, the original treatment plan prepared by his assistant, Aleyana, indicated we should have started the same day. Trusting Dr. Ismail, I assumed he knew what he was doing and that the time available would be sufficient.
On Tuesday morning, Dr. Ismail drilled off my old ceramic crowns. Since my teeth had already been extensively polished under the old crowns, he applied plastic fillings on almost every tooth on the left side of my upper jaw. I then waited six hours for a temporary plastic covering to be made in the laboratory. My teeth hurt terribly the entire time.
When I finally received the temporary covering, it was an immediate red flag. It didn’t fit my teeth at all—it felt like it was made for someone else. The bite on the left side didn’t work, and I couldn’t eat on that side (and still can’t). During the consultation, assistant Dmitry assured me the temporary crowns would reflect the final result of my permanent zirconium crowns, allowing time to adjust to the bite. But when I saw the temporary crowns, I was shocked, wondering if this was what the permanent crowns would be like.
Dr. Ismail told me to return Thursday when the zirconium crowns would arrive from the lab. However, on Wednesday, I received a message from the clinic assistant asking me to come in and pay the full amount for my treatment before even seeing the crowns. This was my second red flag. It became clear they were having issues with my crowns and wanted full payment to cover themselves.
When the crowns finally arrived, the ones on the left side didn’t fit at all. There were gaps between them, and they were much longer than the crowns on the right side. Dr. Ismail scanned my teeth again and sent the crowns back to the lab, asking me to return the next day.
That Friday was the scariest day of my life. When I returned, hoping they had fixed the crowns, they hadn’t. All they did was make minor adjustments, such as adding an extra layer of ceramic to close a gap in the left canine tooth. The fix was visibly uneven. Despite having enough time to remake at least one crown, they didn’t.
In the end, I was forced to cement the imperfect crowns because I had to fly home. During this ordeal, Dr. Ismail acted aggressively, throwing me out of his treatment room and tossing the zirconium crowns into a cup. He left me with my polished teeth exposed, sitting for hours in the reception area without explaining what would happen next. Meanwhile, the assistants argued loudly outside the clinic. I sat in shock, wondering if I should call the police.
This clinic’s behavior was far from professional. The manager, Dmitry, even bragged about once throwing a dissatisfied client out of the clinic "like a dog" without crowns with her own polished teeth exposed. Apparently, this is how they treat clients.
If that woman is reading this review, I hope she comments or contacts me.
If you’re considering this clinic, think twice. Ensure you have all documentation, avoid paying in cash, and be prepared for the possibility that they might deny you were ever their client. Don’t make the same mistake I did—choose a clinic that values professionalism, accountability, and respect for its patients.

We would like to once again clarify the key points regarding your treatment. The treatment plan was thoroughly discussed and approved by you on the first day. Temporary crowns are an intermediate step that allows us to adjust the aesthetics and functionality of the future teeth. However, they may not always reflect the final result 100%.
During the treatment process, two zirconia crown trials were conducted. During the first trial, the doctor noticed a small gap between teeth 22 and 23, which was immediately addressed. At the trial stage, you approved the aesthetics, shape, and bite of the crowns. After your approval, the work was sent to the laboratory for final adjustments.
After correcting the gap, you expressed dissatisfaction with the thin white line that appeared due to the additional coating and requested a replacement of the crown. However, at that stage, there was not enough time to completely replace the crown. Therefore, we offered you a solution: we reduced the cost of crown 23 and provided a guarantee for its future replacement.
Despite the fact that 95% of the work was completed, your firm decision to withhold payment required further discussion. Nevertheless, we took your dissatisfaction into account, offered a discount, and provided a guarantee.
We would like to emphasize that we are always open to dialogue and ready to resolve any issues related to the quality of treatment. We value our patients and strive to find the most appropriate solutions for all parties.

I did a lot of researching on where to go in turkey to get the smile I wanted. I came across beyazada dental clinic and started looking into it I did all my research and came across there reviews which were all good and rated 5 stars and also wining rewards. My friend had also visited the clinic and 2years in his teeth are great. I also looked at other clinics in turkey and there reviews were up and down it was only this clinic who had the best reviews. So I went ahead and booked my tickets as I arrived to the clinic the staff were so kind and very helpful. What I liked about this clinic the dr took his time looking at my teeth and explaining to me what is the best treatment for me to have nothing was rushed and he went through everything and took his time listening to me and explaining everything till I understood. The clinic was very up to date and very clean. Very professional and definitely know what they are doing There team are amazing I can’t recommend them enough. Just got back home in north wakes from the clinic, wow what can I say about this place?!, state of the art throughout the whole building, cleanliness was amazing!.
From my first contact to the day I left was amazing, Janice, the practice coordinator was the perfect host and was always on hand to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease throughout my stay, and my dentist Ismail was an absolute legend, very knowledgeable and fully dedicated to his work, and a nice guy too!
I had 18 teeth fitted with crowns and several implants fitted, they look and feel amazing, I go back in February for the final 7 teeth to go on the implants, which require 3 months for the gums to heel. Very little pain throughout the whole experience and I’d recommend them to anyone, especially nervous patients, every care was taken to make sure I was comfortable and pain free! Can’t wait to see you guys again in February 😁

Hello, I went out for final work to be done on 20/09/2024 it went amazing as the first visit went. Everyone in beyazada are very welcoming, a smile for all. From the greeting to the end is 5 **** . Right from the first contact with Aleyna I confirmed that all of the good reviews were correct. What an outstanding Client Manager. She took care of everything for me from coordinating with Ismail, the surgeon, to tracking my flight arrival, the driver pick up etc etc. Aleyna provided a service second to none. The team at the front desk and the other members are so friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Ismail is clearly a top level surgeon. He has good English skills and walks you through the condition of your teeth and gums and the procedure that will take place. All the while Aleyna is with you supporting Ismail and reassuring you as needed. The first procedure went smoothly and quickly and confirmed to me the quality of Ismail's skills. I had no pain and no swelling.

Superb dental surgeon
I traveled from the UK for treatment at this dentist and am returning later in the year for my second treatment procedure. The practice is very modern and my dental surgeon was superb with years of experience to make all the right recommendations and carry out what in my case was complicated dental surgery. Wonderful and extremely exceptional service
From first visit to the final second visit, Beyazada team was wonderful. From the dentist Ismail Kargin, care coordinators Aleyna and Janice, nurse Serenay and the rest of the team, they all offered exceptional service and I can’t fault them. When I first visited, I expected to have the most invasive zygoma implant through general anaesthetics as I was denied by Dentaprime in the UK who stated I had a severe bone loss and can’t have normal implant. When I arrived at Beyazada Antalya and had the scan. The dentist discussed the case with dental surgeon and they both decided I can still have the straumann titanium implants. I was very pleased as I saved so much from the cost. The healing process was quite quick for me. I came back to England with a temporary teeth and only had to wait 3 months to go back to Antalya to have my permanent teeth. The technician was very thorough and had to attend to me 3 times to ensure that everything is perfect. I am extremely satisfied and very happy with my new smile. I can’t thank Beyazada enough. I contacted the clinic in May 2024 looking to replace failed implants (was done somewhere else, just for clarity). I was contacted by Deniz, the medical consultant who was amazing and helped me through the process and answered all of my questions which put me at ease and helped me make up my mind. I travelled with my wife early June and met in person with Deniz and more importantly Dr Ismail who is not only an amazing professional but a wonderful human being. after X rays were taken for both of us, Dr Ismail provided me with the best options available to me and my wife, who by the way wanted advice on her teeth conditions. Dr Ismail put us at ease from start, provided us with various options and advise of what he thinks is the best. I had one tooth extracted and three implants placed in my top jaw, also had bone graft and sinuses lifting. my wife had 12 new crowns on top jaw and 6 bottom, she couldn't be happier and as for me, never felt a tiny bit of pain, none what soever and that is a credit to Dr Ismail and his team. the clinic is immaculate and top of the range from most advanced equipment to location and cleanness. whatever I say here is not going to be enough to show my appreciation to Dr Ismail, Deniz and the team, I will never forget their wonderful work and the care they have shown us during the time we spent in Antalyia. First of all i want to say massive thank you to aleyna who helped me thru all my treatment no communication issues at all very nice polite lady also want to say huge thanks to dt ismail the work he has put into my mouth is unbelievable my first visit had 15 teeth extractions 5 inplants absolutely painless allway thru came back 5 minths later finished teeth off had to have 3 more inplants because of where had cysts removed from my jar bone so had to heal then place inplants and again was pain free my new teeth look 10/10😁 and could no thank the team enough for there truely professional work thanks beyazada team see you in October ❤️

I can’t stop smiling!
I HAD crooked teeth with a severe open bite which plagued me the majority of my life, after lots of research I landed on Beyazada Dental Clinic, and I am so glad I did. I was treated by Ismail Kargin, Janice and their team all of which are friendly and complete professionals. Everything was well organised and all of the equipment is state of the art, I was given very good advice and great aftercare.
They have changed my life and smiling experience, I will never forget them for all they have done for me.
