bexfast is the best breakfast I have…

bexfast is the best breakfast I have ever had. Not only is it healthy and nutritious, but it's packed beautifully and delivered in good time. Not only do I look forward to a delicious bexfast pot in the morning but my children absolutely love them too, guilt free, natural ingredients but such a treat. I rave to everyone I know about bexfast and I wouldn't have my mornings any other way.

Mushy pots and Unprofessional business

This company Bexfast in my opinion is very unprofessional. It is run by the owner and her friends operating in a small warehouse who are constantly uploading videos of immature behaviour and laughing and playing around on camera. This is not professional service.
The new recipes she's been creating recently have been a huge disappointment. I get the impression after tasting these that no effort was put into these new flavours whatsoever, she simply just threw in a bunch of any ingredients and mashed them up slapdash into a sloppy mess because she wants super quick sales with no regard for the product or the customers.They resembled mushy peas in a tin and Soggy oats. Regardless these bexfast jars are a waste of money.
When you receive them, they don't look anything like the images on her website and taste nothing like she describes in her advertisements and videos.
They arrived all mashed up and watery with a very thin consistency tasting like cardboard. Not worth £5 a jar especially with the cost of living crisis I wouldn't waste any money on these.
Furthermore in light of the current living crisis in which many low-income families are forced to choose between heating and food, putting them in danger of starvation, I find it inappropriate that the proprietor of Bexfast set up a Crowdfunding page and asked the public for £5,000 to help her business pay its energy bills. In my perspective, this was below the belt and unheard of and I find it astounding and unbelievable that she had the audacity to do this. This makes me very sceptical about the company.
I've also seen a lot of negative feedback on here about the poor quality of bexfast pots and their awful customer service. I will be staying clear from this company.

In reponse to your reply. I had my friends that placed orders from you quite recently and the pots they received from you, just like the ones I received, were of poor quality and mushy just as everyone else has been stating on here. They tasted vile and were not fresh exactly the same as when I received the awful jars from you. As I said this is my opinion and my view and I have every right to leave an honest feedback.

Hi Androniki, I would like to be constructive while I answer this but I feel like a lot of your review is based on how you feel about me as a person and not on the quality of the products. I asked that you shared your order number with me to make sure you were an actual customer, which you did but the only order you have ever made was in January 2023 so claims to quality of the pots, mushy peas and new flavours are just comments you wanted to make. The size of my warehouse is irrelevant, the people I work with (I actually don’t work with any of my friends?!) is irrelevant, running a crowdfunding campaign to help get us as a small business through a very challenging time is irrelevant, the type of photos or videos I take and whether I laugh while I work is also irrelevant. I feel like maybe it is best you unfollow my social media accounts if I am personally upsetting you. I would like Trustpilot to delete your review as none of it is based on facts about my products but you would just like me to know that you’re not my biggest fan and that is honestly ok. In response to your reply, your claims are easily diminished by just looking at our social media. You can see the pots being made in a professional kitchen, carefully being prepared in beautiful layers and from the many, many photos and videos our customers post of their orders. Your claims are beyond insulting and the points you have tried to make are very strange and as you cannot provide a single piece of evidence to back up anything you have said I think you should just do the right thing and take this review down. I don’t mind if you personally don’t like me but making things up just to try and hurt someone is not ok

Tasteless mush and totally overpriced

Tasteless mush and totally overpriced! Both me and my partner had upset tummies every time we had one! Emailed straight after ordering as i forgot to add the discount code, reply took a few days, they asked for the code to see if i would be able to use it on my next order, never heard from them again (not that it matters after trying it anyways)! A great idea and we were really looking forward to it, but unfortunately the actual thing was very disappointing and a waste of money. Back to prepping breakfast myself it is 😅.

The best breakfast in the UK

The best breakfast in the UK! The taste is out of this world, there is literally nothing like it in the market. My whole family loves it and we always have a few pots in the freezer. The taste is like desert and I have anxiety just to think that they could discontinue some of my favourite flavours, true story! The founder is a pleasure to deal with, she is transparent and very responsive. I highly recommended it, you will not regret it!

DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS

Customer service is terrible, unprofessional, and only interested in getting your money for plenty of orders that they won't even send out to you for several weeks.
You have to constantly email them and you never hear back from them.

They don't have time to respond to emails, but yet the owner, Bex, has plenty of time posting cringe videos disclosing her personal family issues and her business all over Instagram for all of her customers to see which is so unprofessional.

She also discloses all her business expenses and figures on her social media for everyone to view. This should not be disclosed to the public. What type of business operates in this manner discussing all their business expenses, etc? This is personal and should only be shared with her accountant, not the public. This is very unprofessional and wrong!

Her porridge jars are far too expensive. She gives them all such lovely delicious names, but the bulk of them don’t even taste nothing like the flavours she labels them. They are actually tasteless and bland. I don't think these breakfast jars are of any quality whatsoever and are not worth £4.99 each. They are a waste of money. I'd rather buy from other companies which are cheaper and their jars taste exactly like the flavours that are given on the jar labels.

Bex presents her porridge jars as being quality fresh. How is that possible when she regularly does freezer clear out sales?? A few times, i received jars that ware partially frozen.

Just to comment on some of the points in your review, as far as instagram goes, my brand has always and will always be a personal one where I have always shared parts of my life and have had nothing but positive feedback from people who can relate to the real life situations we find ourselves in. I have never shared intricate business expenses or income but I did share a transparent brief breakdown of our costs this week as we were setting a minimum spend in place and again, we have had nothing but positive feedback and support until this review. I know that my business and way of posting is not for everyone and I’m more than happy for you to unfollow me if you find it cringe or unprofessional to talk about my life. I am a single mum running a business through an extremely difficult time and I find that rather than trying to look like everything is flawless and peachy, I’d rather be relatable but again, I know this isn’t for everyone. Tastes good but poor communication and customer service

Good variety of pots, small buisness so it felt good to support. I ordered several times with little issues albeit some shipping delays. However on my last order my pots were smashed during transit. With each one costing around £5 it was a complete waste of money and I was unable to utilise them ofcourse. I messaged the team on their Instagram after no response from their email team. No response ever received from anywhere. Matter never resolved. Awful customer communication, but yet the owner will happily post away on her stories.

I’ve recommended to a few people however I do regret it and will share my experience.

Won’t be buying again unfortunately.

I absolutely love Bexfast

I absolutely love Bexfast. The pots are delicious, super healthy and the customer service is always friendly and helpful. Delivery takes a while usually but you’re warned in advance and the pots are worth it! :) Bex is totally transparent about everything, which I appreciate as it’s a rarity in this day and age. I actually eat my pots as dessert rather than breakfast, so many gorgeous flavours!

Everyone should try BEXFAST

I’ve been ordering BEXFAST for around 2 years I think . As a vegan it is very hard to find healthy , unique flavoured good sized oat pots . I just love them .

Having healthy and gluten free breakfast ( or lunch and dinner ) options is the way forward , supporting a small business is also a necessity in today’s world. We have to support each other and remember we all have to start from somewhere .

I am looking forward to all the new flavours she brings out in 2023 and can’t wait to fill up my freezer with some more pots!

Best small business around! 💖

I ordered just before the royal mail strikes so my order took a while to arrive but the customer service during these delays was second to none and my pots were well worth the wait! I consider myself I good cook and i spend alot of time cooking from scratch so thought the pots were pricey for overnight oats when I could make my own at home....but these are just so, so tasty and in my opinion worth every penny! It feels like such an act of self care to treat myself to a box of these and start my day with a delicious, healthy breakfast that someone else has lovingly prepared for me. I've just ordered another lot of pots because they're addictive 💖

I’ve been searching for an easy and…

I’ve been searching for an easy and healthy breakfast option, that I could eat on the go for awhile. Oats weren’t my thing, but I’m glad I gave Bexfast a go. So tasty and top quality ingredients too. Really well packaged and customer service has been amazing. I’m now a subscriber!

Can’t get enough and always excited to eat it

The products quality is excellent ! Tastes amazing and so much variety and choice .

Most of all helps me keep healthy and fuller for longer , by eating something that seems a treat but it so wholesome for you !

The delivery and service is excellent .
Customer service always helpful if I have any issues .

I’m a regular customer now as just part of my breakfast regime if I fancy something different and don’t want to make the effort myself .

Love the fact I can just grab and go and eat on the train .

Still disappointed

The pots are ok, good theory behind them. I first bought from Bexfast a few years ago, dispatch and delivery seemed to be hit and miss. Have tried a few times giving a few months between, thinking the issues would be resolved. I ordered before Christmas - took 3 weeks to arrive, had to freeze on delivery day as date was short.
Just after Christmas received an email offering a discount if I left a positive review on trust pilot. Looking at all the recent good reviews so did many others.

Over the last few years we have grown as a business significantly and had, at times (particularly 2019-2020) struggled to keep up with the ever increasing demand for our breakfast pots. Over the last year we have spent a significant amount of time updating our packaging processes and have managed to sustain a good turnaround for quite some time, unfortunately throughout December the Royal Mail strikes led to delivery issues across almost every company (big and small businesses alike) and saw an avalanche of deliveries being sent via other couriers because of the RM strikes. We kept customers regularly updated with delivery times and issues via email and Instagram throughout this time as we know how frustrating it is to wait for something you have ordered. As you can see from a lot of reviews, many customers were very happy with our levels of communication and this is something we value highly as a brand.

We have never asked anyone to leave a positive review, we asked that customers leave an honest review as we know how important it is to get a true representation of what you are spending your hard earned money on. We have a huge amount of return customers that love our products and felt it was necessary to show just how much people love Bexfast as well as giving a fair representation of what level of service potential new customers can expect to receive. We are committed to doing better in any areas where we may be lacking - delivery issues seem to be the main theme - and asking for honest feedback will help us to do this. Can't rate highly enough!

We started out eating Bexfast pots as an occasional treat and now we have them as regularly as possible! They are healthy, delicious and of a consistently high quality. It’s great to find a product that’s vegan and gluten free and doesn’t contain needless junk. We love receiving our boxes of freshly prepared pots which are well packaged and contain a lovely message. Bex is brilliant and has done an amazing job building her business. She's always creating new and tasty flavours.

Perfectly Delicious 😋

I discovered Bexfast just before the first lockdown. They really added to my 'happy' during that time. And I've never looked back! The pots are always lovely. Bex really does come up with some great flavour ideas. I've had no problems with delivery and if there has been a delay she always keeps us informed via her Instagram. I'm so surprised by some of the bad reviews on customer service here. Bex has been nothing but great whenever I've had a query. She works so hard and always manages to overcome any problems she faces. She is a true inspiration. Her breakfast pots are amazing. I love them. My purse not so much 😂

Best breakfast around

I've been buying from Bexfast for about 2 years now and absolutely love their products. So healthy and delicious, a game changer for someone like me who is gluten intolerant and vegan.
Delivery can take a little while but they always arrive fresh and well packaged and the Bexfast team are super quick to sort out any delivery issues (the few times I've had problems with DPD)
