Not delivered ordered product and not giving the resolutions as well.

Terrible quality of products (at least the ones I’ve got); Started losing color immediately after the first wash. Extremely poor customer service. There are clear dark patterns on their website. They do not show reviews with lower ratings. I gave a 1 start review but it doesn’t show up on their product page.

I ordered 2 times from it and every order was delayed they should improve their delivery service or change the delivery partner. I had to stay for 2 days especially for my order and had to cancel my tickets too pathetic service

This is the worst shopping app. I had ordered 3tshirts on 9.10.23 which was supposed to be delivered by 14.10.23. But it got delayed. I even considered it as I understand there was Durga Puja rush but today it's 25.10.23 and I still didn't get the t-shirts. I used to get out for delivery updates where the delivery agent's numbers were provided sometimes they picked up and told me that my parcel will be delivered shortly which obviously didn't happen, and most of the time the delivery agents didn't receive my calls. I contacted the customer service on 18.10.23 and I was assured that I would get my parcel within next 48 hrs. But it never came and I also stopped tracking my order. Totally worthless app and very poor unhelpful service. The company is making people "Bewakoof". And even if the parcel come after this I am surely not accepting it and would warn people to never use this app.

Beware! Not an authentic business

The products are relatively Okay quality for the price. However, there are many problems with their services. First of all, they don't have a proper customer support channel. No call centre, no chat option, nothing! The only way to resolve the issue is to email them, which takes full 2-3 days to respond.

They would not issue a refund to your original mode of payment and forcefully refund in the Bewakoof wallet; and guess what, you can not use your Bewakoof wallet amount all at once. So, you have to keep feeding them more money in order to use your own money. This is the reason some good brands (Showoff) have left their platform. They were good initially but became too greedy.

They don't have a call centre so the customers can not inform them about some issue immediately, then you email them and they respond so late by saying that they can not do anything now, it's too late and you end up losing some extra amount.

So, please consider this review before spending a big amount on them. It's better to shop locally.

Terrible, Terrible customer service. They are only doing a good job in advertising. Have poor customer service, don't even have a customer care helpline, you can just email them which they won't respond to.
And the people here saying they have good quality products must not have ever seen what good quality is. The products even LOOK like they would loose colour after a wash.
I have purchased a few jeans. Returned them -because poor quality-, the delivery boy didn't take two products saying they are mismatched. Re-applied for return, the company kept scheduling pick-up and cancelling it without any contact. Messaged them on Insta, Mailed them multiple times but no response.
It is awful that they are looting people like this.

FRAUDSTERS!
The delivery boy said he has delivered the package to the security, and saying this he took the OTP from me.

After I reached home, and checked with security no package was delivered, the delivery boy is not taking my call also.

I WANT MY REFUND AND STRICT ACTION AGAINST THE DELIVERY BOY

From last 10 days they have just raised complaints but is taking no action

They truly make everyone bewakuf

I have been emailing and messaging bewakoof for the past 10 days (ticket id 2690347) regarding the refund of my wallet money however there hasn't been a single response to my request for money transfer. Please note you are withholding my money illegally and there is no helpline or way to contact you. This shouldn't have been so unpleasant for a long time customer, it is terribly troubling to say the least. Please contact me if you are not a fraud company, thank you.

Its honestly a great company to shop in and those who gave 1 star really dont know how to look out for scams lol

I am used to buy t shirts on bewakoof online shopping app. But after new update the app is become pretty slow and time taking. Please found the bug and fix it. Much love ❤

They have amazing oversized T-shirt collection and even cool prints. All T-shirt have cheap price and amazing qualities must buy.

Worst and worst customer care support delivery service , they never contacted me or reached out for delivery and we were waiting for that order as it was for one occasion, CS also does not care.

Alright. There are very mixed reviews over here and you can see it. The company is basing its customer service on luck and not any hard work. Us as customers should not support suck platform because there are others who put in heart and soul to enrich the customer satisfaction. Not a krantikari of customisable T shirt buying but a humble consumer.

I had placed an order and the delivery person came till the door and asked for OTP which the website did not share. Couldn’t contact them as they do not have customer care number. The product was not delivered and is sitting in the warehouse and the customer service is pathetic enough not to resolve it. Asked for refund but I have my doubts if it’ll be done.

Pathetic service, it's been more than a month since I requested for return of my product, but still, no one has come to pick it up, even after filing a complaint no one is bothered to call me back to resolve my issue nor I am getting my refund back.....

The worst application and site to waste your money. They literally make people "bewakoof". I had ordered something, after waiting for 2 weeks they cancelled it without any text or mail or any kind of update. The order was prepaid I didn't even got my money it came back as wallet balance. And some random guy from mumbai used and order Something from My account how can such big app have so low quality service. My privacy was compromised . And the worst part .. all you can do is mail.. they dont have customer service and they are nit available on call.

I just got this through my newsletter and I'm so happy! The color filter and the size chart is really a game changer. I can finally find the perfect mobile cover for my phone. And what's even better is that it's delivered in no time at all! It arrived before the estimated date which was fantastic for me because I had to move in a hurry...!!!!😍🔥

i ordered some items its showing delivered in the app but i did not recieve any order.I tried to contact customer care no body response .Such bad application.

The company is genuine and their products are very good.Don't consider any negative comments.

I purchased a product from bewakoof. That was a disaster. I was astounded that they had no customer service; I tried emailing them but had no answer. Finally, I protested on their social media, and they responded to my comments. The worst thing is that when I requested a refund, they did not pay it to my bank account but rather to my bewakoof wallet. Following that, I deleted my account and never ordered from these con artists again.
