Scammers. They kept the deposit of 5000 AED. Sent plenty of messages, they answered until I left Dubai and then stopped answering.

Scam Warning – AED 5,000 Deposit Never Refunded, Company Went Silent!
I rented a black Ferrari Portofino from Be VIP Rent a Car in Dubai between February 19 and February 23, 2024. As part of the agreement, I paid a AED 5,000 security deposit via credit card.
Since returning the car in perfect condition, I have followed up multiple times regarding the refund. Despite my polite and repeated attempts to resolve the matter, I’ve received no explanation, no response, and no refund – months later. They simply went silent.
This behavior is unprofessional, dishonest, and unacceptable, especially for a company claiming to offer luxury and trust-based services.
I’d like to remind the owner and management that integrity and trust are core values in every culture and every faith. Anyone who chooses to ignore their responsibilities and mistreat customers like this should be deeply ashamed.
Be warned: this company is not trustworthy. Avoid at all costs.

Dishonest
I paid 5000 Dhs for a Range Rover hire in 2022. I left a deposit of 5000 Dhs and despite repeated requests the deposit has not been returned.
These people are very dishonest and really don’t care about returning your deposit.
Use them at your own peril.
