I've always received excellent service from Beverlybeute. When I made a large order, someone from Beverlybeaute called to confirm the order. Everything arrives quickly and often with little gifts included. Genuine products every time I've ordered.

I was very happy with my product, service and delivery.

I had a problem with one bottle I bought that it had a break in the glass which caused leaking, I emailed them and told them of this problem expecting them to say nothing they could do about it, they emailed me straight back and said to send a picture, I did this and they asked for me to send it back and I received a brand new one in its place.

I have also emailed them with questions about products and they have been very helpful with their responses.

would defiantly purchase again.

My delivery came within 7 days. Excellent service. As I’m in the Canary Islands I thought it would take forever. Fab ordering again soon

Order never received, no news ! Is anybody knows they phone number ?

Do not deal with this company.

There is no telephone number to contact them and they do not reply to any emails.

We have lost over £200 and now have to try and reclaim money from our bank.

Look elsewhere to source to place your order, you've been warned!

this company is totally fraud ,don't go with Beverley beaute.com, i order shallec colors last month and naw over to month but still waiting my order so far ,i send to many emails but not respond, they cheat us so plz no one trust this company

DO NOT USE. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Have been contacting them for months about a smashed order I received. They will not reply. Spent a lot of money and all for nothing. Packaged awful. Hense bottles smashed.

I ordered from this company 3 months ago and never received my items. Their website contact does not work, so I emailed them several times to say I had not received my order, I got one reply saying to wait a few more days and that my order was in transit.
I then emailed again when I still had not got my order and they never replied.
I found it strange at the beginning, that on my account on the website it said I had placed an order but never said that my order had been shipped with a tracking number, it just had a dash in that box.
It is very annoying as I really wanted new shellac colours and wasted £100 on what I thought was a good deal.
I wish I had checked reviews online before I ordered.
I don’t understand how this company is still trading, the website should be shut down.

I placed an order received the wrong colour, some which I already have. I have been trying to contact them eventually they replied and said they will re send me the correct items, 3 months later I have still not received anything and they are not responding at all when I try to contact them. The order wasn’t cheaper either as I ordered a few things and their customer service is appalling, will not order from them again and would not recommend them to anyone!

I have received my order from Beverly Beaute. Ordered 6 carefully selected OPI Gel colours. Received them last week only to find three of the colours are not those I chose. Added to which I received two of one colour which obviously I had only wanted one. I have emailed many times and also tried to contact them via their website. The website contact does not work and they do not even acknowledge my messages. I have only given them one star and not sure they deserve that. FYI my order value was £125
Would suggest that anyone thinking of ordered from Beverly Beaute - think again

Terrible company, avoid at all costs. Bought products from them and they arrived quickly, which is suspicious as they are American based and product arrived in 3 days. Unfortunately one of the products was faulty and I have emailed them over 10 times trying to get product replaced and have had no reply also I purchased their IBD gel polishes and they are all chipping, so suspect they are not the real product. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Like most of these companies, they sell questionable items and of course they don't tell you about the import charges. While the items may be cheaper than euro sellers, they don't tell you about the hidden import charges. Uk revenue have viciously cracked down on these companies outside of Europe declaring goods as "gift" and under valuing. What you pay for at face value will in fact almost cost you double of what you would pay in Europe.
All of these gel products are classed as hazmat under iata regulations meaning they are strictly forbidden to be transported by air, yet they do it anyway despite the law.
Think about that before you order from these sellers and picture yourself on a flight out of the USA with a couple of gallons of acetone unchecked in the cargo hold. They are willing to put your safety at risk for a buck , one wonders what else they are capable of.

Fraud you place your order and never receive it, cant contact them and there customer services page doesn't work.

Just received another order from this site without any problems. The exchange rate charge added to the order is stated on the website. Would have given 5 stars as promptly processed and well packaged, the only down side is the time from order to delivery which can be 3 weeks but is not unusual when ordering from USA and outside Europe. I never received my order, sent 2 emails no reply I also cannot send a message through the website it doesn't work properly.
Shocking bad company DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING AS YOU WONT GE IT AND YOU YOU HAVE NO CHANCE GETTING A REFUND AS THEY IGNORE YOU.

Paid around £700 and never received my goods! Sent a few emails - zero replies got back. Please be careful and never buy from this company. Sent all papers to police and lawers.

These people price products in sterling, even call themselves 'Beverly Beaute United Kingdom' then you get stung as they charge you in US dollars (I also unwittingly gained an International Transaction fee). I only realised when I received my products they were from the US, and when my bank account was debited for more than my invoice states. When I contacted them about this, they said "It's stated on our website that all prices are advertised in British Pounds however it will be converted in US Dollars so your credit card statement will reflect the current currency conversion.
We truly appreciate your understanding." I'm sorry, I DON'T understand- if this is written anywhere then I certainly didn't see it. I've googled them and since found all of the horrendous reviews about them. My mistake for not doing this BEFORE I ordered.

I made two orders to Beverlybeaute and I'm satisfied with both.
the products are fine and corresponded to what I expected.
Just one notice: one have to know that has to wait some days, i.e. 2 or 3 weeks.

Ho fatto un ordine il 4 gennaio che non è mai arrivato. Ho cercato di contattarli più volte per email (nel web non ho trovato traccia di indirizzo o numero di telefono) ma mi hanno risposto solo una volta dopo un mese, dicendo che c'era un ritardo alla Dogana ma che il pacco sarebbe arrivato uin pochi giorni. E' passato intanto un altro mese ma nulla è arrivato. Non lascerò questo problema senza soluzione ma contatterò sia un avvocato americano che la polizia postale e farò una denuncia. Vi invito a fare la stessa cosa per non far truffare altre persone.

My order made on 4th January never arrived. I tried to contact them several time by email (as in the web there is no trace of number or address) and they reply me only one time on february to say that there was a delay at Customs and the items would be arrived within few days. Today it's 7th March and nothing has arrived. I will go deeply into this issue with the postal police and a lawyer and I invite you to do the same to avoid other frauds. I will also go on every social network to write my experience. SHAME ON YOU!!!
