Terrible customer service! For such prices you would expect at the least decent service. It's not worth it. Take your business somewhere else!

They have great stuff but the staff is unhelpful, every time I go there I think maybe they’re having a bad day but my experience over the years has been bad so I will not go back. They ignore you, when you ask a question they’re very unpleasant. Needed a warm coat today was willing to spend a lot of money, walked out!

- Ik vind Bever over het algemeen zo'n 10-25% duurder dan nodig, Opinel nr.8 gaan eruit voor 13.5€ en die haal je bij knivesandtools gewoon voor 11€. Dus in dit geval bijna +22% prijs betaal je bij Bever. Dit terwijl de service van K&T beter is en K&T is ansich al niet goedkoop.

Bought damed cycling pants
My girlfriend bought cycling pants for €70 in the Eindhoven shop.
After cycling we saw that material of one of the legs was damaged, where they advertised with ‘very durable material’.
Went back to the shop directly to show it. They made me return home for washing it, before they could give me a new one.
After washIng I returned to the shop and they would not give me a new one, but only would send it to the manufacturer.
I had to come back a third time to pick it up. Each time taking we 30min one way to get to the shop.
After some pressing from me, they agreed to send it home to me, but did not ask for an address, if we would get a new one, which they could not promise...
Let me have a guess: they are going to tell that I damaged the goods, I spent 3 hours on it and still have to pick up the damaged pants.
The shop isn’t cheap either...
Could do with some more service.
Then it went to the supplier, where I got a mail that the checking procedure would take 4-6weeks.
Kind of annoyed I send a mail back.
The all turned:
Next day I got a mail that they where sorry, that I had to go through so much trouble and I got a 10% discount code.
Some hours later that they reviewed the pants and I would get my money back.
I mailed that my girlfriend really like the pants.
So I went back to the shop and bought some other stuff with 10% discount. The even discounted the returned pants!
So end is well, but it was a bit of a hassle and next time I would not go through it again...
If there's a problem, you're on your own.
Bought a pair of walking shoes for two hundred euros. They felt ok, though the salesperson was quite keen that the "best fit" was a size that felt a little too snug to me, but not painful. I decided to trust him and his professionalism.
Well, now the shoes cause me physical pain when I walk more than 2km. Not his fault, mistakes happen. Shoes are tricky.
I tried to return them but because I had worn them outside, I was flatly told "no" by the manager, and the case was closed. No opportunity to make a plan, refurbish the shoes (really just a quick clean, I've worn then 3-4 times) and let me pay for that, then exchange them. No opportunity to donate the shoes to the needy and give me a steep discount on a new pair, really nothing. Now I'm stuck with shoes that I can't walk in without pain.
I'd accept this from a cheap online retailer but the whole point of paying two hundred euros from a physical store is supposed to be better service and customer support! Absolutely not worth it. Never shopping at Bever again. Suggest you buy from any cheap online retailer instead, the support is the same: zero.
The shop sold me a ''100% waterproof…
The shop sold me a ''100% waterproof jacket" that got me fully soaked in a 15min rain. Returned the jacket to the store two weeks ago and just got notified that will take another four weeks to get their decision on the return. In the meantime have no money neither the jacket and its the middle of the winter. Endless talks with the customer service and no decision makers. Just buy your stuff from a decent online retailer. Unhappy Customer. Hopefully shops like that wont last long.
Terrible Customer Service/ Very High Prices.
This is my first review ever, and I felt it was necessary due to my recent shopping experience. Don't missunderstand me the whole experience was not bad, just that a certain part of the visit was.
I visited the Rotterdam city-centre store on 6th July 2019 to purchase a Gortex jacket of sorts. The sales agent acknowledged me even although he was with another customer. The sales agent was very professional in his work he managed to sell me a €200 jacket as well as selling the other customer a pair of boots.
When I went downstairs to pay the €200 for the jacket, I handed over my credit card and asked the cashier to reconfirm that the jacket I was purchasing was indeed waterproof. Her reply bizarrely was "Do you mean the receipt paper" as she waved it in front of me. This response seemed to cause quite a bit of hysteria as a few of the other sales agents joined in laughing.
Anyway, I smiled and took my receipt (waterproof or not) and was let out of the shop by an older woman who thanked me kindly for visiting.
I still don't understand the joke relating to the waterproof reciept or the reason other members of staff found this joke funny.
Anyway, I will most certainly use the shop again. Not to purchase any goods. I will visit to try-on the items and then buy from Amazon (much cheaper €40) or another online store (cheaper by €30-€40).

Visited their Amsterdam store on 21st July, got totally ignored when asked for help. Other people walked in off the street and got served straight away.
But the positive thing is that I found what I was looking for online 30 Euro cheaper. This store is well over priced so do yourself a favour and look online.

They are very fast. In the real store they didn't had the product as on the website. But I orderd it in the real store on their website. The next day it was deliverd. Fast and good service!
Very nice
Very nice service. Bought a skiing jacket last year which unfortunately broke due to a fabrication error. They sent it in for repair. A few days later I was told that the jacket could not be satisfactory repaired so they returned the full amount of money to me.
I then bought a new jacket online and it came within a few days.
Sometimes things breaks and that is unfortunate but everything was handled without a fuss. I didn't have the full receipt but I'd made a customer account when I first bought the jacket which helped me a lot.
