I am extremely disappointed with Betwinner. My withdrawal request of 12,000 BDT (ID: 5160518897), which was approved on 13.08.2026, has been pending for days. I contacted their live chat and support team multiple times, but they gave vague excuses about technical issues and eventually stopped responding completely. Even my emails to their security department are being ignored.

I deposited and played on Betwinner using iCash.one e-wallet. On June 30, 2026, my account was fully restricted (unable to even place bets), pending document verification for a withdrawal of ₹58,550.

My experience with Betwinner regarding Responsible Gaming was terrible. They do not offer a functional, immediate self-exclusion button on their platform.

When I reached out to live support to permanently close my account, the agents repeatedly stalled the process with generic canned responses ('please wait', 'checking details') instead of executing an immediate block. It took an unnecessary amount of effort and firm insistence to get them to apply the self-exclusion.

UPDATE:
Although my account was eventually closed, it was only completed after I lost $80,000 ARS during the delay. Unlike most responsible gambling platforms, Betwinner does not provide an automated, direct self-exclusion button in the account settings. If they offered an agile, instant self-exclusion option instead of forcing players to go through a slow support queue, this financial loss would have been entirely prevented.

A serious and safe betting platform should prioritize instant self-exclusion over delay tactics. Very disappointing service.

Following that, they asked for an official PDF of my Aadhaar card from the government website, which I also sent. They then requested my PAN card, followed by a proof of address (for which I provided my bank statements), and finally, a selfie of me holding my Aadhaar card. I have provided every single document requested.

I would like to share my experience with BetWinner because, despite fully complying with all the verification requirements, I am still unable to withdraw my money.

I have approximately PEN 1,716.10 in my account, and my withdrawal remains blocked due to a verification process that I have been unable to complete, even though I have submitted everything requested by the Security Department.

I submitted my original national ID (DNI), my bank statement, and all the required documents. Later, I was asked to provide a photograph showing my face, my original ID, and the device with my BetWinner account open at the same time.

The problem is that it is practically impossible to capture all three elements in a single photo while keeping the information on the ID clearly visible and readable. I explained this to the Security Department and, in an effort to help complete the verification, I submitted clear, high-quality photos separately: one clearly showing my original ID and another showing my face holding the device with my BetWinner account open.

Despite my full cooperation, my verification was rejected again. The only response I continue to receive is that “there is no other option,” without any explanation, alternative verification method, or manual review of the documents I have already provided.

At no point have I refused to verify my identity. On the contrary, I have cooperated with every request and I am willing to complete any reasonable additional verification, including a live video call or any other method necessary to confirm that I am the legitimate owner of the account.

I am only asking for a fair review of my case and the opportunity to withdraw the money that rightfully belongs to me. I sincerely hope BetWinner will manually review my verification and provide a genuine solution instead of continuing to send repetitive responses that do not resolve the issue.

While playing the Goal! game, I placed a bet of 177 MAD (around $18 USD). However, the website suddenly changed the bet amount to 771 MAD (around $78 USD) without my approval or confirmation, which caused me a significant financial loss.
