Scammers end of story

Only responds when contacted when threatened with legal action.
Highland Cow calendar advertised as figurines but turned out to be just flat pieces of plastic with stickers on them, what a load of absolute rubbish.

If I could give -5 , I would. I spent £29.97 on an advent calender on the 18th of November. It just arrived here on 13 December. I honestly had to laugh at how stupid I had been ordering something online from this company. What I thought I was buying is the total opposite of what I received. I was expecting little figurines, what I got was 24 plastic flat cutouts with a label of the figure stuck to it. Stay away from this company at all costs.

Ordered an advert calendar in plenty of time. Tracking info terrible suggesting that parcel was still in USA on 2nd December.Customer service basically told me it wasn’t their problem and i should be more patient. Its now 15th December and still not received it! So glad Paypal was able to refund. Avoid this conpany as clear just a middle man who wants your money for a very slow and poor service!

Ordered on 30/10. Still awaiting my item. Very poor service. Don’t bother using this company

Avoid.....I ordered an item on the 23rd Jan 2024, received an email stating that the item was in London with a postcode showing the item in Scotland, item still not delivered. AVOID these scammers

One stars too much I ordered a dress and it was the cheapest really poor quality I have contacted them numerous times to try and get e returns / refund process and they are very clever at sending you all around the houses before you end up back at the start. It’s been two months and I’ve had no joy getting a straight answer - do not buy from them the products are not as advertised they are a scam!

Believe me it doesn't deserve a star at all!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! SCAM site! Any good reviews are probably from family and friends or someone paid to do so. My 73 year old mother ordered a pair of boots in November and while I understand delays at Christmas it is now 19 January and no delivery. They did send the odd email now and then but it was more suspicious by the day. On 5th January I got an email saying they were in Athlone, Ireland and nothing since then about where they are. Athlone is 214km from the delivery address which would take under three hours to drive to but two weeks later there is still no delivery. Every email I sent was met with "I'm sorry but click this link to deal with the seller" I was also getting a lot of spam emails saying I had a delivery in Ireland waiting and to click links which I didn't. The only time I got a response was when I said I was reporting them and even then it just said to be patient. I have reported it now. Save yourself money and time wasted trying to deal with scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible, poor quality, took weeks to arrive because it comes from USA and refusal to refund. Do Not Use This Company
Would give no stars if I could, worse service ever

Similar to others, the products do not resemble the photos. A cotton dress, arrives as shiny polyester. It’s the stuff of TikTok dreams.

They got a 1* rating, purely because 0* was not available. Cheap and nasty. Would NOT provide me with returns procedure, said that they had delivered what was ordered. Have now stopped replying to my emails.

DO NOT order from this company!!! My order took weeks to arrive, and the quality was poor. I wished to return them, but the company will not refund because they sent 'the correct items' what an absolute scam! They have replied to my emails with ridiculous things like' can you give them to someone else' and 'is against it rules to refund if we sent the item! Somebody need to shut this company down now!!!

The only and last time of ordering from this company was July 7th this year ,three months today and I'm still waiting for the two dresses I ordered for my August holiday !!! Messages to them are constantly met by ridiculous replies and I have now escalated a complaint with PayPal ,they are the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with and I'm sure they are scammers ,please avoid at all costs ,you have been warned !!

If I could give no stars I would. I've ordered and paid for a dress which took weeks to arrive but funnily enough when I took to their social sites complaining it suddenly appeared almost overnight. I'd also ordered Jeans which have never arrived both were around a month ago. The dress when it arrived is horrendous, ill fitting, cheap material, horrible colour, nothing as advertised. We are still in talks via email as I'd like to return if for a refund but they won't give me an address which just rings alarm bells. If they do not REFUND me in full for both items this week I will be reporting them to Mastercard and UK Trading Standards.

Ordered in August, dress finally arrived today (3rd October). Dress is cheap, material is awful.

I ordered the dress in august still not received it and don’t expect to SCAM!!! Will never order anything again off these sites on Facebook disgusting facebook shud ban them 😡
