. Your first response to my email was that the withdrawal requests were canceled due to the technical issues at the payment provider’s end?
. In Your second response to the same query you tried to put the blame on me saying that I canceled my withdrawal requests. I never canceled and if by any chance I did it by mistake then I would have canceled one request when there were two withdrawals requests of $1000 each submitted 2 different times and for two different payments methods. As that’s your policy not to make one transaction more than $1000 in every 24 hours. You cancelled my both the transactions only to delay as much you could do to wait for me to get frustrated and play off the winnings to loose.

My initial withdrawal request was submitted on Friday 25 July 2025. I do not validate the withdrawal cancellation executed by you from your end for whatsoever reasons. So the three days stand down period should be considered only once which has been gone passed. We have gone passed 30th July 2025. The withdrawal request is still sitting at & as where and how it was submitted. You are gone quite all of a sudden like you are dead?

NEXT THING I WANT TO SEE IS MY MONEY INTO MY BANK. SO DO NOT COME BACK TO ME WITH YOUR USUAL AUTOMATED COPY PASTED TEMPLATES ABOUT TIME PERIOD AND VOLUME OF THE WITHDRAWAL REQUESTS YOU DEALING WITH. THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM NOT MINE. I HAVE PLAYED ON YOUR WEBSITE AS PER THE RULES SET BY YOU AND HAVE WON THE MONEY DEMONSTRATING DISCIPLINE & HONESTY. HENCE I EXPECT MORE OVER DESERVE THE SAME FROM YOU. SO STOP MUCKING ME AROUND AND BE HONEST WITH YOUR COMMITMENTS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND PAY MY WINNINGS IMMEDIATELY. Since this is the first ever review of this place and my experience so far isn’t that great. So I would like to suggest people to be aware and think before spending any money on this website.
