But suddenly they block my account and blackmail saying that only if I tell them my private financial information they will unlock my account .

Never trust any betting company who want your private information ! No, your data is never safe. In XXI century you can be scammed very easily.

BetVictor is fine just so long as you don't win. Some years ago I won nearly £15k with a £1.50 EW lucky 15. The very next day Best Odds Guarantee was removed from my account. The chances of my repeating such a win was probably 10.000/1 but BetVictor took no chances.
I have just logged on for the first time in years( stopped using BV immediately when BOG was removed.)Unable to find account number on the account. Cheated a bit with the date of my experience.

I added £10 to place a bet on Sports Personality of the Year with odds of 30/1, but my bet is capped at £3.33. This is ridiculous and breaches BetVictor's own guidelines regarding pay-outs. A complete con.

So here’s the thing, and I’m writing this review because I would like everyone who reads it to give an opinion and point out whether or not they’ve experienced similar situations and how it was dealt with
Today I deposited £5.06p into my account because apparently that was the remaining amount on my net limit which I have nothing to do with that was set by BetVictor because they think they can do whatever the bloody hell they want
Yeah, when you ask for assistance, such as I said to them, I tried to place a bit of £5.06p and when I did that I got a message saying insufficient funds even though that is the exact amount that I had just deposited
The customer service at BetVictor don’t understand one word of English because I get a reply which says I can see that you placed a bet of £5.05p which lost leaving you a balance of £0.01p
Where in the previous sentence do I say anything about placing a bit of? £5.01p ?
Where is the where is relevance of the answer from BetVictor, two emails one from a person called Chantelle and one from a person called Charlie who had had the misfortune to talk to one life chat also and he didn’t understand what the hell I was talking about then either
So it seems to me that there are two possibilities to this
The first is that they don’t give a shit if only one person replies and says there is a problem why am I getting this error?, Because according to Charlie because the error appeared, it’s my fault and I need to do troubleshooting, not him or BetVictor.
You can shove that troubleshooting piece of advice up your ass, Charlie
As long as they tell you what you can and cannot do and as long as you keep quiet and don’t see a word everything‘s okay but as soon as you make a complaint about BetVictor about anything they want absolutely nothing to do with it.

So if anyone else has experienced issues like this be free and feel to reply because one way or another they think they can get away with shit and I’m saying you can’t

This casino is okay but I want to leave a review now I have uninstalled because when it triggers a bonus which is nice to get it's best part of slots but soon has the bonus starts I have not chosen any options you get to choose to complete the bonus it adds the money straight away which is strange how do they know which options I am going to choose to receive and finish the bonus for one it takes fun out of the game plus to add winnings with out even starting the bonus says to me it's rigged

I had the account because they offered a concession that if your horse lost all chance or refused to race......they would give you your money back......

I can tell you that in spite of this concession still being advertised..... that they no longer offer this and you will NOT e advised of this...... and will instantly lose your money. I only lost a small amount over this but many may be placing wagers, in good faith, expecting this to apply and it wont. I spoke to Keiron, (their customer service agent who I must add, was totally professional, pleasant and courteous throughout) and he made me aware that i have lost my money. It was a real shame to end our business over what was an extremely small amount......but i am one of"principle" and i think it was very "shady" to just change the rules without notice and withdraw their "Run for your money" promotion without any notice whatsoever. I wont be as bitter as many reviews.......as i said....its a tint amount but i thought you people should be made aware of these kind of practices, as it seems "moving the goalposts" is something that BetVictor will do at any time, without notice..... so Im hopeful this review wiill at least make others think before opening an account with them. I placed a$100 wager on Ben Griffin to finish top 10 @ +275 in the traveler golf tournament, he finished exactly 10th on Sunday 6pm with R. McIntyre, playoff was needed for scheffler and hovland on Monday morning. The playoff was irrelevant for the top 10 finish. They took 14 hrs to decide my payout was only worth -120 not even half of +275. Betvictor has no problem marking losses on other propositions but when it comes to payout that is a different story. If you can't honor a golf bet or have ill intentions of not payout in full, please state on your golf bets like bet365 w ties / no ties w reduce payout. After the incident I asked to close my account. Sorry very dishonest and not honorable sports book.

They closed my account because I moved address and did not verify it in time. Now they are making it extremely difficult to get my funds returned even though I have shown all requested proof of ID’s. They are absolutely grabbers and I will be going to the ombudsman about this.

Be Warned Avoid! - I signed up for betvictor, all went smoothly, made my first deposit of £100 and placed first bet. The bet did lose but I received an email instantly closing my account stating “if” bet had of won they tough luck they will only refund my original stake.
