I saw an ad for this Casino on…
I saw an ad for this Casino on Instagram and even though the ad was filled with AI slop I decided to try it out
At first it seemed ok but they gradually started putting everything under deposit perks to entice you to keep depositing money which I stupidly did
After playing several different slots I started to realize they did not feel provably fair
The Betty coin rewards you are offered are just plain terrible
This Casino is marketed as appropriate for people in Ontario to play but the owners are from Eastern Europe so I'm not entirely sure how they even have access to Canadian Payment Processing
In the week I played here Interac e-transfer withdrawals went down 6 times
The daily rewards gradually get worse and worse and to keep them active after the 2 month window you have to spend more money
The first week of bonus rewards was so buggy that I had to keep trying over and over
The interface is clunky and broken when switching between Betty coin games and cash
Overall there is way better casinos to play on especially ones that have seed pairs you can unhash and see if it's actually probably fair
I do not recommend Betty to anyone

Good games, bad service
The games are good, fast withdrawals, and sometimes you win. The customer service is terrible. I've had some major issues with this wesbite. Once you reach diamond status, which isn't easy to do, you get 15 percent cash back on losses. There has been a few times I activated it and it just turns off after I've spent a few grand and nothing counts. Just happened this week. I contacted them and they were uncaring and fixed nothing. This happened multiple times. I also requested a new account manager and nothing was changed. The withdrawls work, but I would suggest somewhere else if you want good customer service.

good if you like being treated good when you first start and then never again
they have a wheel everyday that u spin for for betty coins that can be traded for money and withdrawn. i won the jackpot of it got 750k when i went to collect the coins the wheel started moving again and landed on 2k and that's what i was allowed to collect..... they just forced a self exclusion on me because i Faught for myself. and to be honest u can only win once in awhile they turn your account off for 16 days of the month where u barely make it over deposit this is a blessing there has got to be similar ones that are ran fairly! i just want to add to this that i contacted them and they have never contacted me back.
