You beg and entice people to gamble with your company and then suffocate the client with red tape and bureaucracy and it leaves me to question one thing what training or qualifications have your staff actually achieved that gives them power to ask the impersonal questions which they do ?
or as i suspect the questions are scripted and don’t cover things such as retirement ownership of horses and clear items relevant to gambling these checks are killing the racehorse industry and ultimately the punters enjoyment whilst fuelling the black market

I have multiple betting accounts and have been gambling for years, I saw the offer and fancied a new site. I gave the slots a go, that's where it ends, you might think this is a bitter comment cause lost, but this is ridiculous I am now trying to see when I actually hit a bonus through one of the slots, I have currently deposited £1000 and I have hit one bonus which gave me £12.50, obviously all about what you win end of the day but to only hit one bonus after going on over 15 different types of games is ridiculous, this is hands down the worst online Casino, but as I say I am so intrigued now to see when I will actually win or get on a bonus so I am going to keep going until it happens.

Bookmaker - what a joke
I won a couple of times only small money then I tried to place a £10 bet on a horse st 5/1 and was informed the maximum they would accept was £4.33p. I had to laugh it was so “small time”.
God knows what would shave happened if anyone had a big win. I don’t win very often so it’s clearly their loss. There is plenty more betting sites to choose from.
