Closed my verified account and won’t explain why
Joined up, everything was fine account was verified deposited and lost a lot of money, eventually withdrew £200 which is nowhere near what I lost btw, I received an email saying after reviewing your account it is now closed and we won’t reopen it nor will we discuss anything about it, “we have the right to close your account and we also have the right to not tell you why” basically. So, idk there’s plenty more sites that’s more trustworthy when it comes to just closing verified accounts for no reason other than withdrawing a lousy £200. But for actual game play there’s loads of good games to choose from, I found it hard to get a bonus on them though, but that’s just gambling. So if you would like to deposit lots of money on your verified account and then make a small withdrawal in comparison to what you’ve deposited and then have your account permanently closed with no explanation and be told your not entitled to be told why? Give bettom a try :)…
Don’t bother replying “we’re sorry you had this experience please email us to help you with this”, you’ve already been more than clear on the email you’s have no intention of telling me why.
