It's a complete scam, no customer service, the only thing he wants is for us to pay for his software again. It's impossible to log in to his website, since he doesn't have the function, it's also impossible to retrieve an invoice with the merchant's detailed information, in my country it's illegal, I hope people will post as many reviews as possible about their experience.

This dude is revoking access to customer software they paid for because his software spy's on the user and what they have on their PC. If he sees something he doesn't like on your own PC he will revoke your license and not even refund you. This is a privacy violation and just outright fraud.
